I Just checked my palmoil store now and I must confess, I am really impressed.
They are still in good shape and still shaking and producing the needed chaka chaka noise with low viscosity, and the taste and smell is still awesome, I nearly consumed one litre sef as I was checking cheesy.

I also investigated our market and to my greatest surprise, they are selling #9500 here now, not minding the fact that they sold #11500 the time of I was forced to buy from Akwaibom, now they decreased from 11,500 to 9500.

I really plan buying more 20kegs to round it up 100 kegs in total.
Please professionals here, what do you have to say about this because people are telling me to chill since this is my first time in the business.

Do you advise me to go ahead and buy more 20kegs?
Or just chill as some people suggested?

I would suggest you chill at that 80,since it's your first time.then watch as the market operates.
By next season, you must have gained more experience and customers, then you can increase your quantity.
God bless our hustles.

thats very simple. I believe you have someone that knows someone in the north, if you cant go. the category of people that can do that hustling for you are Corps members (corpers, as fondly called). Just give it a try. send a sample down to the corper.

Just as Donparosky and other professionals suggested, I dipped long stick into the kegs, observed and even tasted the bottom of the oil and I separated ten kegs from the rest of the kegs.
Those isolated ten kegs are thicker than the other kegs which shows tendency to congeal any moment from now and their bottom have a sharp taste.

So I have decided to sell them off and then use the money to buy more ten kegs straight from the mill to replace them.
I don work tire today

Frequently Asked questions
1: which part of d country is best to sale my oil
ans: North.
Like it or not, d best region to mk it in Oil biz is North. admist d insecurity trolling d region, it still remains d best option.
Presently Oil is sold for 11/12k in lagos when it's going for 14/15k in Jigawa, Adamawa,Gombe and most northern states.
caution: if u aint ready to take risk, then u are still comfortable with ur status.
question 2: how do I get clients in Oil biz
ans: d best way to get clients is by visiting bulk dealers, markets, companies, etc with samples. mk sure ur samples are good enuf @ a good price and u will be shocked on how receptive and ready d clients will be.
question 3: how do I get good quality Oil
identifying good Oil cud sometimes be tough for newbies. while d local Mills remains d best place to get good Oil at fair prices, d tax of validating d quality requires d assistance of dealers or experts. u can always contact them for assistance while learning from them until u r perfect.
On Naiaraland, I know a few like: peeo, sanod, menwongo, clasictutor, tublez etc.
question 4: whts d cheapest means of transportation
ans: it's d railway, but u must contact d management to help u out. they charge as low as 150 per cake.
hope I've answered most of ur questions, u can post unanswered questions here too.
God bless our hussles

Did one is quit educate. Am about running the experiment on some samples. Did thread rocks
donparosky:
oven drying method
simply take a sample of the oil, a bottle is enough, record the initial weight, place it in an oven to evaporate d moisture/use a cooking stove. remove the oil at intervals of 1hr to check the weight of d Oil. once a constant weight is attained for three consecutive weighing, then u can stop.the difference BTW d initial weight and final weight after drying gives u d %moisture content.
this gives u a rough insight on how much moisture is available in ur Oil. it's simple enough and quick. you can drop ur questions! good luck and God bless ur hussles

Oga boss!!! pls becareful with vegetable oil ooo, we have different forms. currently the good one is 102k/drum now which is kings. Many traders can call the oil for you as lower as 96k/drum and make you believe is kings, and ofwhich it is anfop. pls becareful with the people, especially the igbos. we have olein oil too.
If you are ready, and you prefer daleko, I will give you one Alhaja's Number to get it from.. the woman oil is reliable.
Because you cant know the difference until the oil is on fire. thats the risk in vegetable oil now.

Very many thanks for this wonderful and timely feedback. I actually want to buy the one popularly called "aburo". I want to buy and store in tank for onward resale. However, I do appreciate your orientation as regards the diffence. I am immensely grateful.

I am ready for the business. Would you be kind enough to give me the Alhaja number or give me yours and lets talk for a better orientation.

Thanks once again.
