At this basic stage, concentrate on quieting the mind. Find a cool spot. A place that's close to nature and devoid of noise. Make sure your mobile phone is off to avoid distractions. I'm not into any kind of religion, nor do I attach myself with any label. Doing that locks me out from possibilities which abounds as long as the universe is concerned. I believe that man is energy and doesn't die but transforms through series of rebirth until God realization has been met. There exist numerous gods, but religion has failed to really grasp their real nature or their modus operandi.. They exist, but they don't require our worship. Why would a god worship a god? I'm in my early twenties and I still consider myself late on this part. Although right from time, I have been skeptic about religion.. I began asking the WHY questions long ago and the curiosity to know the answers lead me to this part. Everything began to make so much scene. We are living in a metrix. Only few have been unplugged.
