let me do you a favour. "48 eight reasons why you can't conceived" will often sell little. I don't sell books but for slow readers like me, mere seeing "48" raises my impatience. Make the reasons for negativity as short and possible. A positive title like "48 reasons why you can actually conceive" may catch attention especially when it goes with medical proofs. So I doubt, the problem is with the cover. Change the title of the book.

I don't know who started this photobook story on nairaland. As far as I know (from personal research), photo books don't sell. I'm yet to see someone who made any money with them.
Sorry for the effort you put into those books. Just forget about them, go and research better niches and publish books that will sell.
Check the research method I posted on page 9 or 10 of this thread. Use it to find good keywords.

Download a YouTube video or google the process, to guide yourself. It's so easy. You don't have to be a computer guru to do it.

Open a kdp account, login. At the top click bookshelf, then click on new Kindle book. Fill in the book details such the title, author name, description and keywords. Then click save and continue.
The next page will be the content. Here upload you manuscript, then the cover. You can also preview what the book will look like if you so desire.(I advice you this).
Again, save And continue.
The next page will be the pricing. First, enroll The book for kindle unlimited(if u like). Then territories, Select all territories world wide.
Next Chose either 35% or 70%. U can only use 70% when u price ur book at $2.99 or above. Read more on this on the page.
Finally, Click publish.

I don't know why some persons do not like those ones with baby bump. I think you should only work on the text and retain the baby bump.
