This is not true, the Federal government is made of people, if the North and the West is tired of Igbos they should come out straight and declare Biafra then ask the Igbos to go back to their country. It is then left for IPOB to organize a political party to get its members elected to to the executive and legislatures, or bring pressure to bear on the current ones to raise the matter.
