you're missing bro. his mixtapes are real bomb,I've listened to them all and none of his 2 albums can match most of his mixtapes and the mixtapes #cokewave series he made with Max B before Max went to 75years in jail,he mentioned wishing Max could be free for one night in "hotel bathroom" in this album,they invented the slang "wavy". His crew Coke Boys is not tight again since Max B went to jail and Chinx drugz and Stack died,coke boy Flip left. the sudden fall of his crew is what's seriously affecting the dopeness of his albums,no inspiration and proper settings that crew really influenced him positively,he can never get guys as talented and hard as those guys again. you can listen to his mixtapes starting from "French Revolution" to know how super dope French Montana was in his mixtapes,flows,lyrics,beats,etc are just out of this world in those mixtapes,and those mixtapes gave him real credibility and rep in the rap world. if you need them,I can give you the list of his best mixtapes though

Honestly, I don't think the album is worth the hype and attention it's getting. Of the total tracks on the album only two tracks was I able to retain after I downloaded them. The rest I simply deleted them. Even the two it's not a top notch track. They were just decent. There wasn't really any "Wow" moments. In general sha,the album was a decent project. But it doesn't deserve the kind of buzz it's getting.

If you enjoy lyrics about hedonism and all that at least be good with the lyrics. Folks like the Weeknd and Travis Scott and concious rappers or singers or stuff like that but you see they put work in their songs and the lyrics and words are thought out. In 9ja just through a bunch of words together that sounds like it was written by a retard in 5 minutes and then voice it over a danceable beat and watch it die down after two three months. Rinse and repeat the process and you are considered a "talented artist"
