Patto5050: Please go for the fairly used a.c compressor. However, there are different grades in the market. There are the Singapore, Malaysian, American and Japan toks with Japan toks being the most expensive. Their fair prices range from 18k to 25k. The Japan toks in our opinion could be more durable than most of the new (aftermarket) a.c compressors you find in the market. The new (aftermarket) a.c compressors are within the range of 60k(+/- 5k). New (oem) a.c compressors exists, but are very expensive (above 120k). The choice is yours. Your reliable a.c technician can source it for you. |

I parked my 2003 Nissan Altima on Thursday night and when I wanted to start on Friday morning, I kept cranking but won't start. We have checked all checkables... Plugs sparks. Nuzzles opens. Timing is correct. Fuel supplies. It cranks and when it's about to start up, it draws back and gives a sound as if it's gasping for fuel... I'm in a dilemma... I can't even eat cos I hate when we can't even find what d problem is talk less of solving it ... Modified: I just spoke with oga gazzuzz and he suggested we check with machine and I'm presently waiting for the guy bringing the machine 1 Like |

HazzanTazzan: Resolved... Turns out my gasket is bad and tiny droplets of water keeps getting into the cylinders... I think I spoilt the gasket last week when I removed the fan clips when I wanted to start my car on a weak battery ... I forgot to fix back the clips and drove out the car like that... the car over heated on my way but I didn't know what I had caused as at that time ... |

GAZZUZZ: There's was spark jare... perhaps, not bright spark... water was only inside 2 cylinders and not as if it was a river  |

GAZZUZZ: Boss gazzuzz... still on the matter o. gasket has been changed and car has kicked successfully but refused to be accelerated. once you pedal on it and try to raise, it chokes and goes off as if the accelerator is choking it. my mechanic is lost... he checked the timing and it as correct and nothing wrong with fuel pump... another mechanic suggested we try using another censor ... any suggestion sir? |

Seyiafoo:Toyota Matrix is not SUV. It is a Corrola car. The Matrix will give u the best value in terms of fuel consumption. Maintenance of Highlander & RAV 4 are almost the same depending on the models and engine capacity. If fuel is the major issue, then go for Matrix. Personally speaking, my last option will be Honda Pilot. |
