In my opinion, Just dont spam the thread with adverts.

Welldone on those drawings. Tone down the primary colours, use mostly secondary colours, especially for Residential dwellings, take a cue from experienced Archys in the house

Go to Orile but if you want it very cheap and in bulk, ask for Elelganza Warehouse at the same Orile.
Go towards the back of that warehouse, entering through the Main gate.
One other place you will also get very cheap prices and in bulk supply is if you[b] cross to the other side facing GTBank at Orile.[/b]
There are Turkish importers on that side (ask for their warehouse but beware of people they call "Baranda" - market urchins no different from the Lagos Agbero/Touts).

I would advise u to use stonebase in place of gravel, if u can't afford granite.
This is a duplex, not a bungalow. The quality of coarse aggregates shouldn't be compromised.
