I read it here in one of the posts when someone wrote he would rather face death penalty for drugs than starve at home as a poor man. Now this guy in S. Africa may not even be a drug dealer but others have put a cloud on Nigerians. This is jungle justice out of hatred, jealousy and let us be sincere with ourselves - many Nigerians are guilty as drug dealers.

Nigerian Government know that much in South Africa. If you go out and bail out an innocent man each time and many of them happen to be guilty as suspected, you do not want to waste your goodwill capital on criminals. If you do, the innocent Nigeria will suffer because you will be noted for fighting for those known to be guilty. If you have to show up, you better make sure is for innocent ones.

If it is true that most of those caught are from Eastern states, a representative from that area must be at hand. However, he will face the same problem of wasting good capital if those he wants to bail out are criminals.

We should fight for the innocent ones and there have been cases where Nigerians are treated unjustly in South Africa. Embassy must use their goodwill capitals on those.

I hate to see Africans mistreating Africans. Nigeria is not that bad even in states that are not yours. I sincerely hope those asking Igbo to come home have jobs and a place to accommodate them. There is also high unemployment in South Africa.

If I tell u wetin I take my eyes see for Southy u go fear fear.

Igbos are really representin Naija wella

While flaties sell "Amala" (name they call drugs) and " Throw paper" ( name they call 419)

Yorubas plait hairs sell moin moin and to be sincere many guys selling Okrika are Ibos which is commendable.

About 90% drug dealers for SA are Ibos the rest percentage shared between other Africans and some Afonja guys too.

Inside Joburg market I was looking for where Home Office dey na so I hear som. Ppl speak yoloba turnin to see them I felt sorry for them they were selling hot cofee in disposable cups pushing a cart But somhow they will survive and meet luck one day.

Wot Im drivin at is make our guys too leave shady business and be legit. All this unnecesary killing will stop.

God bless us as a Nation.

it wasn't like this b4 my guy, it was when kanu started his wahala n when he dug out buried wounds that each tribe started seeing each other as a potential enemy.i could remember back then when some igbo traders were killed, we students in south west held a protest against it. but now look at how each tribe hate n despise each other. that's what nnamdi kanu has caused all in d name of freedom, am not saying seeking freedom is not good but he did the right thing the wrong way by insulting other tribes. if u ask me he's fighting for everyone in Nigeria but if he had encourage youths from other tribe to join his revolution other than insult them I believe by now he will b d Messiah to all Nigerian
You have a point there but the question is what can we do to salvage the situation??

As much as one wants to throw tribal jibes, I have to be contrite as a fellow human with flesh and blood was killed. On the issue of hate amongst Nigerians, it is a palpable hate that is alive and well. Our elites don't care so the country continues to go down the abyss.

Please what is "Igbo"?

It's amazing how some people are calling on the Nigerian government to do something, when they have all but sworn allegiance to the nnamdi charade.

Most of them there are drug pushers, but drug crim als should be handle by the laws of the land not police brutality. The police men that did that should be arrested. Must of our Nija brothers there carry drugs. If you don't carry drug, police will not fight you

That's pathetic

It really saddens my hrt when I read about how my country people are being ill treated .
India.Canada, uk, Libya and even ordinary south Africa

I'm not disputing the fact that some might have constitute nuisance but that's not a yardstick for ill treatment here and there.

The worse hurt is that Nigeria has a very weak central govt policies when its comes to international matters like this..we never take it serious hence the continuous trend

The irony of the matter is that even here in Nigeria all govt does is verbal and written condemnation nothing more...

Rip to the dude

Spits on the Xenophobic South Africans
Nigeria can never gets to where ordinary south Africa is,in another one hundred years. How many south African citizens are hustling in your country.

Yes...I make snide comments, but I don't preach no tribalism.

I used to on a prior moniker, when I saw the message was ignored, I decided to join the fun.

I think it is more than just being silly. for a lot of people, being anonymous show their true nature. even if you are an exception, your comments will help others discover their innate tribalism.
