That tramadol thing... I had severe pains in my first trimester and I asked the gynae to prescribe something other than pcm for me. He said tramadol, but that it was risky for 1st trim. I couldn't take the risk so I had to endure the pains. But someone told me she took it in her second trim and nothing went wrong.

Eh yaa kpele.
I've had three, all done by the same surgeon and each felt different. But with all of them, I had to get out of bed the morning after surgery (hospital policy, to help me heal) and that wasn't fun, but it was beneficial. Moving from the bed to a chair just beside the bed felt like building a rocket from scratch. It was a lot of work. The most annoying part was that I was told to get back on the bed and rest again within a few minutes (precisely how long it takes to change bed sheets).

Breastfeeding wasn't fun because of the pain in my uterus, but that only hurt me on the first three days. Still, I couldn't resist nursing my babies and wincing until I couldn't stand it anymore. Being on constant pain killers helped a lot, as I was told not to endure it but ask for medication.

But in all, I could walk unassisted within three days and felt no pain at all by the fourth, so the little stress the nurses gave me helped a lot. I've never had trouble with the site even though the same spot has been cut thrice.

This time I'm using another hospital and automatically another doctor and I pray it goes as well as it always has for me.

2:cream crackers
3:bitter kola.
4:Agofure bread might also helps.

1. Bitterkola actually worked the first two weeks I started experiencing saliva, but since then it has forsaken me. It stopped working. I don't even have to chew it. If it keep it in my mouth, it would instantly dry up.
Tried cream cracker a long time ago.. Never works.
I would test the Garri own, although Garri gives me heartburn.

Booqee, Just read your diary. I know how you feel a little cos I was pregnant and living alone (hubs works in a different city). You need to ginger yourself, think of something you like to do (especially stuff that your hubs being around will prevent) it may be watching movies or reading (if I read when hubs is home he's like 'I'm here and you're not talking to me abi? ) and use it to occupy yourself during your alone time. Make yourself happy with the fact that you aren't cooking for anyone everyday, leave plenty house chores for him to do when he comes home (chei they must not find me reach here oh) Also chat with him a lot, it's usually better than phone calls as you can do that the entire day without considering credit or the fact that you have to go and do something.

Wrap your bottle with a nylon and spit inside, no look anybody face. Na belle you carry you no kill person

Gradually, your new team will adjust to you and vice versa

Or you could time it manually by just looking at the clock. Take note of the time when it starts, how long it goes on for and when it starts again

(starts-ends) then also do the same for the next one. With that you will derive how many minutes it lasts for and also the minutes apart. Doh dear! God is your strength!
