If you can download the baby bump app or any other app that has a contraction tracker, it makes things easier; you just click start when the contraction starts and stop when it ends; the app automatically calculates the time interval between contractions and also stores the duration of each contraction; you can also add notes with respect to the intensity of the contractions and other things experienced.
If not, you will have to do it manually as other mama's have suggested.

pele you would be fine. Take it easy on your throat for a while. Don't strain while vomitting and avoid hot and preppery food. Eat watery food that are easy to throw up So the throat can heal. Me in my days while vomitting, hubby would be seriously shouting at me to stop and he claimed that he knows I'm doing it on purpose cuz I always say 'I feel like vomitting' . I wish I can see men carry belle

This is part of the feeling like vomitting. Don't try to vomit it out you would only be hurting your throat. Mine lasted until week 39 when I decided to take a mixture of lemon and garlic. I let the garlic sit in the lemon for a night then drank the concoction in the morning. Can't say if it's safe for pregnancy tho.

Ginger, honey and lemon mix is also good for colds, coughs and sore throat either take with a spoon like that or add to hot water and drink like tea

If you make a large batch that is more than she can take in a day be sure to store in the fridge. Try not to store for longer than 3 days.

thanks.. she's pregnant and I gave her warm water + honey while going to mosque. it worked wonders before I came back as if nothing ever happened. in fact she's back to her playful mood.

Sorry mama. It's part of ist trimester package ooo,gets worse with ms. If you can take hot liquids,I think it should reduce although I have not tried it. I can only take cold water/liquid in pregnancy so I guess I'm stuck with the mucus feeling till 2nd tri

You don't need to swear dear and we're not judging you. Like I said, maybe the woman wanted to tell you ulo or nzu. Nzu is round and salty, ulo is flat and taste like dust and salty too (ulo keeps the mouth dry ) but iono if is good for preggy woman even though I chewed it

Booqee get promethazine from a good pharmacy. That's what the doctor prescribed for me when o had severe morning sickness. I was given the injection and I was vomit free for 7days. The drugs work too but it will make you feel sleepy.

My Birth Story
On Sunday the 3rd after seeking advice about my on and off contraction, I decided to call my doctor. He asked me to come in by 7pm. I got to the hospital around 8 or therabt with my hubby and I was checked. Was told I was 5cm dilated. So I av actually bin in labour for 3days without knowing (on and off).
I was admitted and placed on that magic drip oxytocin. Contraction came in bits, later increased and all of a sudden stopped. I didn't progress past 6cm between 9pm and 8am the following day upon all the hands going in and out of my vjay. My enemy suffered. It was not easy.
I was getting weaker and my baby's heart rate was increasing...I guess he was tired of the stress so CS was the next option to avoid stories that touch. My adorable was born 9;35am on the 4th weighing 2.8kg.

I was later told that labour didn't progress cos my baby was actually head down but not in the right position. I guess there is a way they have to be positioned for easy delivery. The doc actually explained but I was not listening .
In all I give Glory to God that I am Alive, my Son is Alive and we are doing great.

I wish all other expectant mothers easy delivery in Jesus name

@Lilliesbud, ayam still experiencing that very thing u talked abt. I use warm water all the way nd it helps. Any day i forcefully drink cold water wahala ti de ni yen(wahala has come). Maybe warm will help u.
