The way People talk about this uber and taxify thing. The truth is always not said especially when the drivers speak. I am not driving yet but I've met people who drive themselves. Hardworking drivers I've met are dropping 40k and not complaining. A car owner who drives himself said most times he makes an average of 10k a day after uber's deduction, fuel and maintenance. This is without stressing his car o. I don't see why a driver can't drop 35-40k if he is not lazy. Drivers will always look for a way to short change car owners.
Please note that I have seen drivers that work hard and smile and I've seen the ones that all they do is complain all day. I remember people on here saying the keyword is smartness. Anyway car owners who know the core of business will still make the weekly collection and drivers who know what they are doing will still drop weekly money and smile home.

I laugh when I see partners complain about their drivers here, why won't u complain when u are so greedy as fvck. They even call it investment when most of their cars are bought on auction from their various place of work. And the very few that bought tokunbo 2006 and above cars, don't kill your drivers to break even, blame uber, they sold u out by changing to 2000 models and above.

On the contrary, uber has refused to block drivers using the lockito. I reported I driver once, they reviewed the fare but never credited the excess back to the rider account. And they had already debited the whole money as it was a card trip.

Actually I feel uber enjoys the high 25% they get from lockito trips. Taxify has blocked all drivers using it, u dare not even open the app on you phone once you're online with Taxify, else their systems blocks u automatically.

From VI to yaba the fare was N621 the lady was like "uber is not treating u guy well" she gave me 1k and ask me to keep d change. Even d riders de pity d drivers. Uber is a taxi with comfort.
