We are sorry about this.
The adaptive brightness features mostly on our mid range devices.
The W1 is an affordable budget phone so such feature might not be there.
You may control the brightness manually.

I suspect that this is a bug that can be fixed.
How long have you used it for and do you use another charger apart from the official one one it?
If you are willing, you can obtain a new battery as the other might be faulty as well.

Hello. I Dont understand why tecno will employ those that are not capable to handle phones in there carlcare addresses. I bought my camon CX phone not up to 3month at 3C hub ilorin. And it developed a screen fault the middle part of the screen is not working without a physical defect. I took the phone to carlcare ilorin for repair after 24hours. They messaged me that the phone is ready for collection. On going back there they told me that they cannot repair the phone. The phone that I had a warrantee on. I have been using a tecno phone for some years now but I can now body say tecno phones are rubbish there customer relations is rubbish. My phone is here now not working after I paid 62k to purchase the phone that I thought would be on a warantee.

Yes I do see the notification when i scroll down. Its just that i prefer knowing what notification i receive without scrolling down.

Please try to charge it with a new charger.
Both wire and cord.
It's possible that the one you have is now defective.

Make sure your phone is switched on (one for the newbies).
Install the latest version of the app from the Play Store (link above).
Check your internet connection, Wi-Fi or 3G (in Settings > Wireless and Network).
Make sure that a Task Killer app isn't affecting WhatsApp.
Empty the app cache (Settings > Applications > WhatsApp > Clear Cache).
Finally, the most extreme solution: uninstall the app and then reinstall it.

Hello. Please I use a techo L8 Lite and just yesterday it stopped connecting to all google-related apps including opera mini.
It usually says 'unable to connect, please review your network settings'
I use an airtel sim and it works perfectly with my nokia 201.
