What if it is fake? What if a mischief maker just laid hands on a blank receipt for the church and wrote "deliverance fee" on it?

Some churches run bookshops. Some run creches and schools. Some offer other commercial services that require them to give out receipts to customers.

The churches do a mighty lot of good in our societies and I do not think it is fair to discountenance the good they do just because of a few bad eggs among them.

Even in the days of Christ, there were quacks who attempted to pervert his gospel for personal gain. That's why as a Christian, you are admonished to work out your salvation and test every word against the word of God (the Bible).
