I am assuming this post is about me hence let me explain well. I requested for my itemized bill and saw quite a few things eggs NICU, knee cap socks ( I was billed twice) and others. my docs adoing manager even highlighted them and said she wld compare with my docs notes. so while all this was going I left for naira. I kept calling and ND calling even emailed. it was either the person at the hospital wasn't on seat or she was at another location. I hoped they would send letters but they didn't. so since we had the money sitting there in the US I called the hospital and said look into have 7k this are the issues with my bill. they said no they want give a discount I sold pay up and when next I am in the US I sold write a letter bring it in and they can look into it which is fair. so I paid the 7k. the 1500 balance I wld pay this Wednesday as I have transfered it to my boat just waiting for it to reflect. my worry is I dropped my app last Friday, if they call me for an interview with they ask questions like you did I just pay up and all. like every normal person was just worried that's all. but I didn't intend to run or not pay. I think I still have some emails from Feb or March asking the Dr's assistant about my bill. so that's my story.

kaakaa:

She was given a visa for vacation, which she went for..... months later she took in and also went to deliver....

Yes, Ability to pay her bills, but the bills in question are not hers according to her.

The bill was for a service she didnt use, which was nicu. She said her baby didnt go to nicu. So she is thinking sorting it out when she travels instead of paying for what she didnt use.

Her mistake was not following it up and thrashing it then and there, or either calling or mailing them from Nigeria to sort it out, before now.

You asked the question like you were willing to help. Thank you all the same.

you see the problem why nobody answers some questions here... I gave you the name of a place, you are asking me for the link when you have google! I directed you to google which I will also use to get it for you if I wish and you took offence!

my dear, read through this thread in the different parts! I've had 2 children in the US; Houston and Chicago and ALL info was from this thread. My first time of visiting those cities was to give birth and I pulled through.

Get a note book, do some research and take notes. It will help you. Good luck

My dear, didn't hear from them before my travel date but i had to put my "faith" to work. Regardless of not getting the approval letter, i went ahead with my trip back to Naija.
On getting to Abuja, i checked my mail, and behold the approval letter.
God did it for me

Hello, Madam Nita3. How did you get past US immigration without the letter? Thank you for your response. I applied for the visa on arrival on Tuesday, 17th of October. Today is Tuesday, 24th of October. Still haven't gotten the letter. And we're supposed to travel next week Monday. I thought it takes only 48 hours?

My candid advice is for us to DO MUCH RESEARCH ONLINE as we want to invest our hard earn money. Naturally, an average African does not like reading and that is why is u put $5k dollars into to a book and you put it in the room and now tell an average nigerian to go and look for that money in the room, dont be surprised that even if the book is put on the center table in the sitting room they will not check that book instead will be checking the bags, wardrobe, under the table etc. that is just our nature. please my people we can get whatever info we want on google please let devote time to research more and more, we should plan ahead so that we would not always be in a hurry. i did alot of findings online as regards where in the state to birth and have gotten feed back from the hospital/drs i mailed. To get money no easy ooo or e

Madam, i appreciate you big time. I've done research on accommodation before i came here. All i needed was someone to confirm where they put up just for me to be sure because it seem some of these people are scam. So when you asked where in Texas, i tot that was what you wanted to do. There's no use stressing the google issue. Never mind, I'll sort out myself. Thank you for your time.

She wasn't rude, you are the one insinuating that

Oga/Madam justwise stop encouraging people to be Rude on this platform. People should not hide behind keypad or keyboard to insult people that ask questions. Even if you think the question is confused or stupid, If you can't reply without being rude or insultive , then ignore the question and move on!
