Ok please help me get clarity on this case @justwise. My hubby stays with his besty in a 2 bedroom duplex and their bills are exclusive and shared between both of them. Do I still need a letter from his agency stating that I can stay with him?

This is the situation i was referring to before, he needs a letter from the landlord and co-occupants since the bills are shared.

@justwise concerning couples returning certificate in exchange for the federal version, the local government registries won't accept. Part of the reason they are still in court. They claim they are lawfully right. It's the masses that will bear the pain between the federal and local government war.

I will still use it if i'm in your position since you got married months before the legal challenge

@Justwise and house At the end of the application forms, there's "Additional information ". Please what do I fill, as I have no child. Trying to wrap my head around the additional information

You fill in another important info that questions in the form did not touch, information that will be material to your application.

Thanks but I'm on the British Council site now and I need to know if I'm to select the academic module or the general training module as it does not display the life skills options please which do I go for.

And secondly does it have to be taken with the British council as the dates being offered won't meet up with my application and set it back by weeks. Pls From the people who have had this experience and taken the test in Lagos. Are there any approved study center anyone knows off and that was accepted by the embassy. This test thing is really stalling my application. Thanks

Re: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by tayeby78: 8:01pm On Oct 31, 2017
I don't think there's any contacts for them o. They've not updated the progress of my husband's application since the online submission 51 days ago and apparently you just can't visit the site for queries. Please do let me know if you find contact details for them.

You can actually lay complaints on the site. There's a column for complaints and your e-mail. They actually replied after I have sorted it out. They mentioned that they noticed I have figured it out myself and close the complaint.

Either or OR would not make any difference........ Just relax...... You have sat for the exam, patiently await your results........

Spend the intervening period knitting a blanket..........

It's safer to count from when you did the biometrics. The person that got their visa on monday got it day 58 days from the day they did biometrics......yes I counted lol. Just relax. Do things to distract yourself. I'm locking my phone up in my bag at work and turn off data completely to stop myself refreshing my emails every 5 minutes......

Thanks a lot. trying to do things to take my mind off but it's not easy. I keep checking my mails periodically, asking hubby if he has been called etc. Lol. The anxiety no be for here but it is well. God will definitely do it. He himself said it is not good for a man to be alone so also a woman so we must be united with our spouses.Amen

How much does she earn? 'She has rented he apartment' ? Is she now squatting? Does she work full time? Was it the pregnancy that lead to drop in wage and hours? Does she meet up all other application prerequisites?
