Don't know why we are so foolish in this country. A lot of people went to school but are Uneducated. Nigerians don't vote in LGA elections because we all know the results. Infact some states like Osun have not conducted one in 7years. Since we are all being stupid, let me congratulate IPOB on the successful boycott of Lagos LGA elections.
