In the US you do a first degree/pre med first before medical school making the total process more than 6yrs of university education.
To then get a job in a tertiary hospital such as Hopkins, you have to be matched and it is not immediately you finish school.

Where ithe WHO, FAO, and other bodies to come and employ this man? He seems to have found the solution to feeding the growing population. He can turn anything to nutritious and delicious food; grass, cockroaches.
