Did she get it after childbirth?if yes then she has to wait it out,it'll go in on its own.she only needs to helpp herself by making sure her food is rich in fibre(veggies n ftuits plus water),so that her poop wont be hard and cause pain thereafter.

After every poop let her push it back in and opt for water when cleaning instead of tissues.

she can also ask her doctor for suppositories for relief.If you want the traditional way i used scentleaf,squeezed and inserted it.It works too

Please go and do the test. I did mine two days ago even though I saw my period a week before but the vomit make the doctor recommend preg test for me.... Just do it to have rest of mind
