No oo. You need to continue this series. I remember when I started also had the same problem, I couldn't understand the storyline very well. I had to go back and check it out on the internet before I could fully understand what the series was all about and when I did, I picked up the from where I left and didn't let go till I finished. You have to follow the story closely.
PS. It's really interesting when you get it. (honestly).

So i took courage to watch the whole season and it was not Not bad but, definitely not what i was expecting. If they air season 2, they should count me out

I beg to differ, series like that should have a story line. For example, the bad guy got away and theyre strategizing on getting em back not everytime they succeed in catching the bad guys it becomes unrealistic and boring. That's why 24 hours still remains one of the best action series.

You won't get any argument from me concerning 24hrs been one of the best. I'm sure any accustomed to that genre would agree. But you would also agree that 24 is more of an action spy thriller than a military one. So using it as yardstick may not be fair. Also, the series has a storyline but different for each episode contrary to what you wrote (though I think you meant a centralized plot/storyline in your write-up) if so, I think what passes as the "central storyline" is showcasing the obstacles and challenges both operational and emotional faced by the team in each episode, placing them in different situations and how they pull through to complete the mission objective in time.
All in all I think the whole series set up was designed for this sort of differentiated storyline which adds up as the series progresses.
Ps:-- so I guess you prefer seal team?

I've not watched seal team yet but i see your point. Don't get me wrong i like the brave (preach being my favorite character)
My only issue with it is how they execute high risk missions without a scratch. c'mon even the best trained millitry groups don't have it that easy though the last episode for me was really good and realistic cos they didn't try to belittle the Russian's special forces.

So Beautiful Scottie's son Tom f*ucking stubborn Keane is dead, I am shook as hell, the sound of silence soundtrack alongside Raymond's face nearly brought me to tears.

If only he listened to the oracle himself.

I bowed for them during the episode about Nigeria. Mend were speaking Yoruba, The Nigeria Army just stood outside watching while the storyline was about keeping the mission secret at first not to talk of the accent. They f*ucking took down Russian Special forces without any issue, good lord.

Go for Supernatural, there is a reason why the show is still running from season 1 - season 13.. It's the best Fantasy/Thriller/Adventure/Action series out there

They made a huge mistake by killing off Tom. Tom served to balance Red, both as an influence on Liz and as a legit threat to Red. His presence kept the balance on the show and in their relationships. I don’t see this show lasting past another season without Tom.

tom brought it on himself,his obsessive quest to show red as a bad man to Liz eventually got him killed..at least reddingtons hands are clean..but its a welcome development sha cos I didn't d direction of that tom keen character anymore,and this would definitely affect Liz
