@Slick1, Ignorance kills, if you don't understand how it works, then you ask questions, i included the school name & location for visitation & verification for people to do their findings, instead of concluding this way. Aterall no body is asking you to bring money, go through the write up again, I said the land is leasing out free of charge, its called Private Hostels, you provides for everything they will need to comfort them just like hotel biz even with reception, students move in with only their cloth. we have built many while some people like you keep doubting, our business is going. Kdesigntech: Interesting! I would love to build one, howbeit, not with the kinda lease concession/arrangement obtainable at maintenance. And in this case, my concern is the possibility of getting land (availability) with considerable proximity to the school, "Cos that's the only reason why such high rental fee can be justifiable. Btw, you may wanna run us through how you get your projected N9m returns. Is it after the monthly outlays or what? |

Analysis on how you can make N9m from 30rooms hostel A room will house 2students & each student pay N150k per bed space (depend on hostel standard) which means you can realise N300k per each room per session.
