Depending on the quantity u can use ratio 40:30:30 yellow corn, guinea corn(preferably red) and soybeans or u can use equal ratio it doesn't matter cus all are nutritious u can even take it as a famly.
After u select all d ingredient soak dem over night after soaking the soybeans will swell up its fine don't fret Blend all and sieve then pour the derived ogi inside ur sieve, tie it and place it in a basket till all the water drain out pour in ur storage then place it ur fridge that's all u don't need to change water. U can blend ur gnut,plantain or sweet potatoes as powder then u add it while preparing as sweetner.
Note that some kids react to nut u might want to slow down with that.

Hello mothers, I have come again oooo. Please I have a quick question to ask. For mothers given their babies pap, how do you measure the milk you put inside? Because since I started given my 6 month plus pap to take, I do add 2 spoon of formula milk into it, his poop is always strong. Please teach me OOOOO.

What I do is that I just scoop some of the pap into his plate and mix two spoon of formula milk with water and pour it.

He needs to take a lot of water. 2 scoops is fair enough.

It's necessary u boil, air dry and roast even if u don't peel it wet, u can peel after u've
roasted it

How old is your son?

Did he previously swallow food without any issues or is this something he started recently?

What’s the texture of food you are feeding him? Puréed? Mashed? Lumpy ?

He might be experiencing pain or discomfort whilst swallowing hence the reason why he’s holding food in his mouth.

It’s best to take him to a doctor to have him checked. It might be a case of tonsillitis, sore throat or a cold (mouth) sore.

hello mamas please help me chook mouth for this Mata o,my sis has a baby of 3 months but this baby refuse to suck her mum breast anytime she put her to breast she will be crying as in serious cry o, her mum said she was expressing since she gave birth to her but her milk isn't flowing well to sustain her so she got a formula and her baby has been taking that since then,when I went to visit her yesterday she was so sad about it that she doesn't know if her baby is getting enough nutrient she needs and her mother in-law is always making jest of her that she is a bad mother,even when she tries it when I was there the girl was just crying so much,my sis said she has been to the hospital several times and they said she should starve her and she said after seeing her cry so much she won't know when she will give her formula, she said her in-laws said there are insects in her breast lol,please help me chook mouth for this matter because she said she is feeling more embarrassed
