Nigerians can carry religion on their head?! Imagine a country where "hijab" and religious division are the main national discussion. It's no wonder the country is still backward. 1 Like |

Yian1: Homosexuals hurt no one. They meet their fellow brainless homosexuals and have nonsense sex. They don't hurt anyone. Should they be encouraged also? Anyway I stand with Hijab because I have never seen Holy Mary Mother of Christ without covering her hair. So whom does ladies and women that leave their hair open look up to? 3 Likes 1 Share |

lazygal:Turn what to what? Like when there are burning issues,on how to solve fuel crisis someone starts telling us why Muslims should have their own holidays? Has muric tendered any condolence so far?let us even assume that this particular memorandum has been sent long before now? Did muric not complain about granting Christmas holidays and not theirs? Did muric not say that Sunday and Saturday are Christian holidays, and then need Fridays to be made holidays? Did muric not at one time attack fayose for the anti-grazing law? Muslims are killed,I do care mostly that they are firstly Nigerians and humans and not their religion...has that man ever fashioned out any means going forward than issues such as this?At this time the country need steps forward, why take us backwards? Terrorism is a psychological warfare. Terrorists try to manipulate us and change our behavior by creating fear, uncertainty, and division in society.(P.K) The man is cantankerous,a rabble-rouser and a terrorist.... Only a terrorist will reason this way. 1 Like |

This is a good move by MURIC.. The rate ate which Muslims (especially ladies) are being molested in the legal circles has got to stop.. All the anti-Islamic lawyers should take their bigotry out of the legal circles or they be kicked out for good. 1 Like |

One of the fundamental problem encompassing Nigeria past and present is the "Problem of Religiosity" . Not until we see beyond that before Nigeria becomes a global nation. As regards the Hijab burning issue which is already dead on arrival, the profession requires no preference nor affiliation to it professional attire. How can one be call to bar with an Islamic Hijab when the profession requires you to appear in the conventional wig as formally wore by newly turn lawyers. Is MURIC as jointly called, why aint they taking about the constant killngs by Fulani herdsmen which initiated at the corridor of this present administration? Are there stance on religion not attributed to that? Or the recent killings and rape by Muslims in the church during the cross over night isn't a national case to cry of ? Sincerely, if the nation is blinded by religious views, then it is high time CAN relay their plight in due course. Will religion move a nation from it topsy-turvy state to an enviable reach ? Let rethink .... 1 Like |

Don't you think that Nigeria have a more pressing issues than hijab? Of what economic value is hijab? The muslim female lawyers should abide by dressing code and ethics of the profession or forget it. A lawyer can teach in the mosques or can work as a prosecution council in sharia court. Nonsense. 1 Like |
