It's not as bad as u think. Mine stopped working this morning. I just uninstalled the whatssap totally on my phone and re downloaded a new whatssap using this link - https://www.whatsapp.com/android/

I then installed it and the latest version of whatssap is now working on my blackberry phone. In fact, far better than the one I was using before. You can give it a try

You guys are just the best. I downloaded with the link and it is working perfectly. I did not even delete my old one and it is working. Thank you.

ways to maneuver whatsapp demise on bb.
1. update your bb os to bb 10 and the latest firmware.
2. download android whatsapp and them goto to bb world and download whatsapp fixer: this is necessary for you to be able to upload videos and share status.
3. install the whatsapp and the whatsapp fixer.
4. complete the necessary steps and open the fixer, close your whatsapp from the devices monitor and complete the steps on the whatsapp fixer.
5. share this and like.
6. say thank you......

am telling you i was never a fan of BB but i bought my first bb then bolt5 out of intimidation by friends and people arround me but look at it today with ordinary "whatsapp" bb is useless...am still laughing!
