Having gone through from page 1 to page page 18, I suddenly have an interest for Ireland. I'd be done with my undergraduate program next year October.
Please I'd like to ask some questions
1. Are there scholarships that one can apply for that can take care of our tuition and all?
2. Is it everybody's application that gets accepted because I've been seeing lot of success stories on here compared to other threads. Do they consider CGPA when applying?
3. Are we going to send any hardcopy material by post to any school?

I want to appreciate everyone who is doing a nice job on this thread and for those who have been contributing. Thanks to you all!

Kindly start checking out schools in other parts of Europe e.g Lithuania , Estonia etc. They are not entirely too far from low budget and for ICT programs they do have 50 %-100% scholarship offers.

Google / Nairaland threads will be a good place to make enquires on the stated countries.

Please what do you mean by Canada being time wasters?
