If baby is not latching well,she might not be getting enough milk,rather more gas or air.,which translates to more tummy troubles.
At times,not having enough milk is a mind thing.
Relax,always breakfast with a glass of warm milk,tea,water,e t c.
Breastfeed unclothed,sleep when she sleeps,up proteins,take care.
Breastfeeding has its ups and down,but it can be enjoyed.

Since your nips are quite big, all the areola can't go in. A little bit of it is all you need to get the milk ducts flow properly.

Try expressing for baby,and feed from cup and spoon,if you are planning on breastfeeding.
You could go to your hospital and see a lactation expert.
At immunization centres(govt.)you could ask from the healtg personnel.let them also check baby's tongue,if it hasnt be done.
So they can physically assess the situation.
