Do you actually know why there's the need for the three tiers of government? I guess not, its meant for checkmating each other, in a sane clyme they should not be in agreement that is what is the best for democracy, and thats when we as citizens can have better chance for dividends of democracy as we ought to. And what do you say of the executives that are flouting the rule of law. For me I see it as "battle for supremacy" which is in our interests.

Technically and politically, he sounds correct. These are positions that are irrelevant (not core positions as far Nigeria is concern). you take orders and broadcast to the public even if it's against your personality or principle. Why not think of it this way, why is it that all the security chiefs in this country are from the north (Muslim north) . It's not coincidence, it's pre-planned.
Nigerians are wiser now.
