Send a mail to them about the new admission letter you have. They will either give you green light or ask you to withdraw the application and re-apply again. Deferring visa application at the embassy is not %100 guaranteed. Sometimes they will agree while sometimes they will not owing to the reason that they cannot be keeping the original documents until winter or summer. It depends on luck and who is in charge of the application. However, there is no crime in trying, the worst they will tell you is NO which is inconsequential. Shalom

I have been offered an admission for MA Development management in Ruhr University Bochum. From the first hand information sent to me with the email notification the program starts with Language class in July to End of August, then followed by Summer school with foreign students from SouthAfrica, then first semester starts on 24th of September 2018. I was told to send certified hard copies of my application documents for verification which I already did and has been acknowledged to have been received. So I am yet to receive my admission letter. My questions

1. Please I want to know long it do take Universities in Germany to verify hard copy application documents sent to them?
2. I want to know with fist semester coursework starting in September, when will be the deadline for enrollment?
3. I have opened a fintinba blocked account, do I need to fund the account before applying for Visa after getting my admission letter?
4. Lastly can someone please list briefly the documents required to go along with to the interview.

Type a letter of withdrawal, sign, scan and send it to them through E-mail. You will get it back in few days depending on your location. Shalom

Don't worry, they would use blade to cut the back of your waec certificate, just a little part of it and they'd stamp and sign the portion. Mine was laminated too

Three schools are not enough going by your submission. There are more than 10 universities offering that course in English. I think I used to have a compiled list of such; I will check my archive. Apply to all of them and at the same time apply for Bsc as plan B and C. If eventually, the Msc does not work out, follow the Bsc route and make sure you travel with your original transcript. You should be able to transfer your previous credits and courses, thus, gives you the chance to finish the course in less time and also complete the ECTs which will give you a safe passage for Msc(this is only if all other options have been explored and no show). But I am very sure that if you can apply to as many schools as possible, you will surely get one. Some schools give students an opportunity to make up ECts deficiency during the program with an extra semester. Shalom

You don't apply for health insurance for your interview..... When you need it they will request for it... And usually by then your visa must have been approved

There is a number that starts with an alphabet on your passport data page..... That's the passport number

please I have a kind of technical questions to ask. I'm applying to some schools in Germany via uni-assist, I'm applying for a friend and myself.
My friend is going for B.sc while I'm going for M.sc and we are applying to 3 different schools each. the question is, is it possible to pay once for the both of us ( I mean the €75) or we will pay the (€75) each?

Secondly, after filling the school online application form will I print and send it along side with my documents to uni-assist?
