This man Buhari has no shame at all. To even say that the perpetrators of these heinous murders are foreigners that left Libya after the demise of Ghadaffi and not his kit and kin is to admit that his government does not have a handle on good governance and security of the country. Assuming that to be true [that they are foreigners], the question then becomes "why is the Police and the security arm of the government [military personnel] sheltering these murderers from arrest and prosecution?" The answer is simple...they are sent on a mission to cleanse the country of christians starting with the middle belt and working their way towards the south.
