Off course you have to submit your bank creditcard (Your Naira masterCard or Visa can be ok for this) at enom registrar when you are opening account with them. enom.com account details is one of the details they would require from you. Also you need to have a dom account ready for collections of your proceeds. You will be informed of all necessary documents as required by them and once you submit all, your account will be verified. And after that you can list domains with them.
