I won't drop Lineup/Formation again, kinda tired of guessing what the Lineup will be. I ain't Rohr, I just hope he plays the right Formation, Tactics and selects the right Lineup.

Meanwhile...... I believe Eagles will win the first Match and qualify to the Round of 16.

Somebody who actually came in person? Abeg let us forget this issue because we messed up big time on it.

Messed up how. The U17 was actually not possible. How many foreign based players do you see in the U17 team? Let alone an unknown Kid in Austria. By the U20, he was well on his way to the Austrian National team.

By the way, he did not come in person but it was a representative.

Today Shooting Stars beat Super eagles's next gen 5-3 in a friendly match. Alampasu, Isaac Success, Nwakali, Awoniyi etc all featured.
there was less publicity and awareness for the match.. Why?

Why should it not be possible for a Nigerian boy to represent Nigeria? Do u think Alaba happened by magic? By the time he came he was already well known in Europe as a top prospect. The fact is that we made a major error in judgment, we should have at least given him a chance to prove himself. He was given to us on a platter of gold that is the real sickening part to me.

Noah bazee has been invited by rohr before...it was rohr that found him in Germany...but he is very prone to injury and did not play the game he was invited for
Ola aina is a regular....he was just unlucky
Same with onyekuru....injury and lack of match fitness ruined his chances
Lokosa is under rohr's watchful eye....that's how I see it
Moses simon......a stalwart of our team....will be back soon
I don't know ajagun and umar Mohammed
Is it peter or Paul onuachu...anyways I've heard of him..rohr should give him a chance perhaps
Kelechi nwakali....one for the future
Stephen eze should continue to play well for his club and his breakthrough will hopefully come
I was going to say uche agbo is unlucky...but is he cursed?...he is always invited but never plays
Sebastian osigwe and maduka okoye will be monitored after world cup
I don't know much about ebere eze
Chiba akpom is not pulling his weight...arsenal boy status no go help am oo....he has to do something
Ryan sanusi only showed interest in playing for Nigeria around the period they conducted the world cup draw, saying he might not get into the Belgium team but he will get into the Nigerian team.now we've not heard from him. Will he show the same interest after the world cup? Only time will tell
Then as for Dominic iorfa....his father has pretty much battered his chances of appearing for Nigeria....seeing as the NFF hardly mention him...he was one of the early euro born players NFF first contacted...but his father refused, that his son will play for England... Issorite oo
On the flip side, I really hope we get torunarigha and akpoguma, fingers crossed we get them

Listen to NO MORE SORROW NO MORE WEEPING by Majek Fashek especially his remix with Tuface telks me yesteryears musicians are real not all these ShakuShaku things wey full ground now.

Well, Ragae Music then was mostly fighting against social injustice of which majority of Nigerians were victims of. There was no way you would not enjoy the message from those songs.

As for Majek Fashek I loved his songs like die. 'Send down the Rain' to me is one of the most beautiful songs ever sang by a Nigerian. I mastered every line of the lyrics. His version of 'Redemption song' was adjudged by some as better than that of Bob Marley. I knew every line of this song too.

Orits Wiliki was another very talented musician that hit the airwaves then.

There was also Mandators, Alex O, Mike Okri, Sunny Okosun, even Charlie Boy belonged to this era. Not to mention the traditional Igbo and Yoruba(fuji and afrojuju) musicians then.

That was a golden Generation of Nigerian musicians o.

Me I no kuku like most of the songs being sang today.

Why is the Super Eagles' camp so calm and quiet? Not even a sound from flapped wings. I guess they're MOULTING.

They all should be out from their crevices tomorow, Showing their new and beautiful feathers, ready to fly, ready to soar and finally ready to attack and hunt for goals!

Together we shall fly,
together we shall soar,
Together we shall spread our wings and;
Together we shall cover the World and paint it Green White Green.

When exactly did Clemence Westerhof held this open screening session? Or were you referring to a different Westerhof? Please, you guys should stop all these nonsense because there are people here who actually follow all these things and have been following for the past 15 years as well. I remember correctly that Nigerians started wailing and crying that Westerhof must include Tijani Babangida in the team just because he scored a hat trick in the final friendly game the team played in Nigeria, but Westerhof ignored all that nonsense and went to the World Cup with the team he had.

Nigerians are the most annoying people on the planet. Every single one of them knows better than the coach while there are out there making peanuts while the coaching is raking in millions. Which begs the question, if you actually knows better than the coach, my not go out there and show your stuff? No, they only do their own coaching behind the computer screens. That's why we call them the Internet Certified Coaches (ICC).

This is a clear attack on me and for what ever reason best known to you, you clearly showed you know nothing about what football discussions are about. Is any one here claiming to know more than the coach? People are here to give their suggestions on why or how they feel the team can best move forward.

However, you are typing like if you are making a clear point but what you are saying is that we all should shut up and close this thread.

Sorry to say it, you might think you are making sense but you typing a thing or making any suggestion makes you one of the Nigerians that annoy.

People are here to make their opinions. Attacking people does not make you any better.

Forget logistics. This is a national federation we are talking about. If they really wanted him an option would have produced itself but we were too short sighted. We lost our chance at a world class player because people were sleeping on the job.

That is why I am pointing out that it is the U17. Alaba did not command such clout to make the Federation make him a Priority for the U17. If it was in subsequent times, it is understandable. The U17 sometimes even have Feeding and welfare challenges. So making Alaba a Priority was a tough task at that level.
