You will only worry if it’s transverse or oblique by 38 weeks ,most usually won’t turn because the liquor vol has reduced so changing position will be difficult for the baby

Welcome doc. We are glad to have you in our midst. I also had PPROM at 25 weeks plus. That was last year. They suspect infection since I had serious one during pregnancy last year.
For this pregnancy, I was sent for vaginally scan to check os diameter and cervix length in my 13th week to know whether I should go for cerclage. The result showed that my cervix was completely closed and cervix length 4.9
I am currently 17 weeks plus and everything is going on fine all thanks to God.
I'm not on any medication apart from pregnacare original. Hope I'm on the right track?

also had PPROM last year and lost the baby, but this year, she put to bed without cerclage. She also said hers was due to infection.
God is the one in charge of this my pregnancy, I tell you. He has really made it easy for me.

least it won’t hurt you in any way
And for cervical length measurement is not a one off measurement
You need to do it at least every 2 months
I was also told it was infection that caused the membrane rupture. But in medicine you can never be so sure especially with respect to prom
I decided to be proactive
My cervical length was 4.6 before my cerclage so in essence I really didn’t need it but I know it shortens as the pregnancy progresses so I decided to get one coupled with the fact that it was free. The OBGYN in my facility adviced me to do it and also to be on progesterone
For you to make a diagnosis of prom you must have had 3 second trimester miscarriages
I didn’t want to lose another baby to make that diagnosis
I know it’s God that makes it possible for a woman to carry to term
I just want to do my best and leavew the rest to God
And you know you shouldn’t compare yourself to the next person. Your case and hers and even mine could be different
I really think you should be on cyclogest it won’t hurt and it help to maintain the integrity of the cervix

Hi everyone, please my baby is just a month old and his poo is dark in colour and by dark I mean black nam so worried... Does anyone knows what might b causing that

Babies have meconium first Friday days of life and will later transition to yellow
Was it yellow and later became dark colored
Dark color stool has a lot of differentials especially if stool has changed from meconium to yellow
You may need to see a paediatrician
There could be GI bleeding or it may be nothing but it’s always good to be checked

Is it the video on ask the gynaecologist you are talking about? I saw the dance video . if you happen to be the baby, fear no go catch you? The baby started transmitting confusion immediately and had to exit the microcosm.

Please what kind of dance steps did she do? I need it for this exact tenant too. My mom said maybe I should be drinking hot water so he can vex and come out if heat is worrying him, instead of the cold water I'm taking that is making him feel very comfortable.
I've eaten pineapple yet nothing, done long distance walk of 2hrs(all I felt was pain), I even ate dates too and me with oga tried the bedmatics own again(for where, this guy no gree move out) coupled with prayers from my prayer warrior mother. Now I'm having serious vigilante syndrome plus heart burn (the one I didn't have all through till of recent).
