The world have passed one man business style. They should start transitioning from businessmen mentality to entrepreneurship. Opening up your business will give you access to talented individuals which will drive innovation and increased productivity.
These are very important for growth and sustainablity.

Government should start opening business schools. We need as many as possible in this country

Those boats are locally made boats on the banks of River Niger.
