Radiantblessing:
Please one more question, like I said earlier my application was denied and the only reason given was that my assets and personal funds is not sufficient to prove that I will return after studies. I want to reapply but I don't have even up-to 300k in my account but I want to attach investment and some other documents. Please hope I won't have a refusal because of the account.
No one is answering my question. Why am I being ignored. Please help me now

@Radiantblessing, an account that has less than 300k is not good enough for Visa processing in my own opinion, if you are sponsoring yourself. However if you have a sponsor or scholarship, then it can be used. The question you need to answer is can 300k fund your travel talk less of pay your tuition, accommodation, textbooks and feeding expenses? What kind of investments do you have (treasury bills/ Mutual funds / fixed deposit)? Can this investment be easily converted to cash? What other documents do you intend to present? Your financial strength has to be very clear and easily seen from the documents you will be presenting else insufficient funds will come up.

If your available funds and source of fund cannot be easily determined from documents presented, then I will suggest you take out time before applying to put your finances in good shape.

I wish you the very best

To my opinion I will suggest you go ahead and apply if you want to, all you need to do is try and convince the VO on why you need the propose course and how it will benefit you and complement your previous studies. You are regarded as a second degree student and that is why you going to finish in 2 years rather than the standard 4 years.. there is a guy here who is my friend, his study permit was approved on the 8 of June this year, he was going for another bachelors degree and to be completed in 2 years. So write a convincing SOP. It might fly for you. Just my suggestion tho.. ire oo
Firstly, let me thank those that replied my post but would like to give more details on my background perhaps I will get a more informed advice from the house. I have B.A. History and a PGDE and have been teaching in a Government secondary school for 8 years now. My career goals include lecturing in the faculty of education in a university but was told that lecturing jobs are given in the department you have your first degree meaning since I have a B.A I may not be eligible for a job in education faculty which requires a B.Ed. This is why am opting for the second degree option in Canada. So house would this make for a good explanation/SOP?

Please can someone answer me please, what's the implication of submitting all the applications without letter of introduction from employer...
I had a contract employment for two years before the scholarship thing came up and was admitted to Concordia University for fall. All my documents are almost ready for submission, but the organisation refused to give me letter of introduction, to them they feel that I am about to go against the contract agreement ,so I want to submit my application without the letter, please, help me, what could be the implication of doing that? Thanks..

Hi guys,

Is the Correspondence letter the same as the Letter of Introduction?
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 14 by Ezriela: 8:00am On Jul 11, 2018
I don't know the implications but this might help I am a contact staff with company A and company B is my contractor. Company A will never give me introduction letter cos I am not their direct staff. Talk to company B, you are their direct staff.
Employment letter is just a proof

Hi guys,

Is the Correspondence letter the same as the Letter of Introduction?

Yes the correspondence letter after approval... The content of the letter of introduction starts with:

Your UCI Number
Your Application Number

Your application to study in Canada has been approved. A permit authorizing your studies will be issued to you on your arrival to Canada following an examination by an officer of the Canada Border Services Agency, subject to your compliance with the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and its Regulations. The officer will ask to see this letter, your passport and may request to see your supporting documents, such as the letter of acceptance from your educational institution. etc......

If the above is the start of the content letter you received, you're on the right track.

All the best!

Great job people.
I have a concern that I need clarification on.
I resigned May but I joined another organisation in June but I have not received my 1st salary according to their policy they pay new staffs 2month salary together means I will collect my 1st salary around 1st week of August.
My documents are ready for submission. My question is can i submit all necessary documents without June payslip? I have jan-may 2018 payslips.
Or I shd not add them as my new employer hope the gap from May till now is not a red flag

Letter of introduction from your employer is one of the documents to show proof of employment. If you don't have it then I will advise you add other documents such as your employment letter, pay slips, copy of your ID card and salary account. These other mentioned documents are enough proof of employment and you won't have any issue not submitting introduction letter. All the best

IMO..Yes, it is a big problem. Let me ask you this questions. Has your friend gotten his/her approval yet? How is this your friend so sure that the so called agent will use it for someone else and not multiple applications? So please, caution your friend not to release the bank statement and land documents for his own interest. If you read through the previous parts of this thread you would notice some people were sent misrepresentation letter by VO due agent using bank statement for multiple persons and this can result to 5 years ban.

You should not have responded to me like that, even if I don't know what I am talking about, its better to ask question now, so we won't Jonze ourselves at the border.

If you don't want to wait till August when you will get your salary from your new employer, what I will advise you to do is this. Add your payslips from your previous employer till May, then add your new employment letter from your new employer which I believe would have your salary break down in it and your start date which should show the VO you just got a new job. You can as well add your new ID card as well. Also, if possible talk to your new employer to give you a letter stating their policy of not paying new staffs until after 2 months of being with them. You can as well make this explanation to VO in your SOP. I believe you would be fine if you can do all mentioned

Yes bro there is something like a letter of introduction its a reference letter from the embassy acknowledging they issued you a study permit and its sent right immediately after your study permit is approved or the few days after and its a very important document u must travel with.all the best
