hello wonderful mamas, August teamies how are you all doing, thanks for all d suggestion you gave me for boosting my hb level, when i checked its gone up to 10.5, even if i have had dd i still got a lot to learn, i have been feeling awkward lately especially vomiting and weakness yesterday, i thought that babies are difft until i was rushed to the hospital only to find out that i have typhoid and malaria, abeg o sabi mamas choke mouth for this matter plus prayers o.

My idea about this is that your life was saved only by God's grace and mercy. Your caregiver did not have the expertise required to handle what happened to you during and after labour. She should have done well by referring you to the General Hospital in your locality.

I strongly appeal to you in the name of everything you hold dear, please visit a proper hospital and request to see a gynae so you can be properly checked and assured of your wellbeing.

Good health is priceless.

I was going to post something but I forgot.
What happened to you was vulvar varicose vein rupture.
It is very rare, but when it happens, the woman is usually advised to do CS because VD puts pressure on it and might cause rupture (which happened in your case). But the rupture is not in all cases.
Note that CS does not heal or remove it, just decreases the chances of rupture. The nurses should have seen it during childbirth and shouldn't have stuffed you with pad (thereby increasing the pressure on it)

Did you have any pain in your vaginal area during pregnancy?

You'll most likely need surgery and you certainly need to see a Dr cos its location is a den for pathogens.

I feel so sorry for her.
Let her grieve for as long as she needs to, unless she'll keep having relationship problems because she hasn't managed to let go of the past.
She has had a good man and that is now a standard to her. Continue to support her and hope that one day a man that will be everything she needs will come her way.
Most widows find it very hard to remarry sha, mostly its fear, sometimes its shame, sometimes its a feeling that they are betraying their husband.

Oh dear, it is so unfortunate and I feel for her. Like mamas here said just let her be till she's done grieving then she can make up her mind to remarry or not but keep supporting her. I pray she won't go to the extreme of trying to hurt herself.

Obe Marugbo is traditionally prepared with a combination of two leaves. Marugbo (Botanical name : Clerodendrum volubile ) being the primary leaf. Iteji, efinrin, akintola, lapalapa, epojebu, ekikan or iseketu is also added. Leaf combinations often differ based on personal preference.The leaves are seldom used fresh; they are typically used after being completely sun dried, this is what gives the soup a very dark green to black coloring. Due to the concentration of vegetables in the soup, marugbo soup has a laxative effect on the body; this is why the soup is said to be medicinal.

I'm great teamie, thanks for checking on us. I've been to the toilet more than 8times since last night after eating the peppering egg sauce DH prepared for breakfast yesterday. Me that ate pepper like my life depended on it in 1st trimester is now been sent to the toilet any day I dare take anything peppering.

I experienced it and it was painful.

What I was advised to do was to minimize usage of that particular hand and make sure you don't sleep on it.

I got pillows to help me suspend it at night when sleeping.

Her husband is never coming back! Looking for someone similer to her late beau won't be fair to the new man cos he will always be under the shadow of the man and be constantly reminded of him plus the comparisons.

This will eventually put a strain on the new relationship.

Allow her to grieve to her satisfaction, she will dust herself up by herself when the right one appears.

The heart knows how to heal itself, its just a matter of time.

I experienced that with my first preggie and it got worse after delivery
I always massaged with Shea butter and then bandage the wrist at night
