You can bribe your way in Nigeria but not outside, long term Wale & Co. must leave Oando. They know this and that is why they continue to milk the company dry. No matter how long it take they must leave someday.

Question is what would be left behind for minority shareholders. We have very useless shareholders associations in this country.
Wale & Co do not have that money to pay back. So where would the money come from to pay Ansbury Investment? your guess is as good as mine...

KM 3 ke? believe me since Nigerian authorities (manipulators) cant control the outcome of the Judgement...N1 is possible.

Wale Tinubu is a typical example of what runs in the Tinubu family; greedy, self-centered and power drunken fellows that would go any length to hold on to money and power even if it means bringing everything to a halt.

I don't think its the same notification. This is based on the date and venue of the AGM.
