I can't do "voting for the lesser of the two evils" that most Nigerians do today.
that is wrong again because there are other party. Kingsley is there. Do your part and let your conscience know you did your best. A failed action is better than no action.

I'm disappointed with this result. Anyway APC get to live to fight another day. And PDP gets to throw all they have to win it all.

See you all in the threads for the re-run poll.

Aregbesola caused all these problems & brought shame upon APC. Whichever way it goes with such close margin in a keenly contested election, my verdict is that PDP won. Buhari & the northern APC would not have expected the election at Osun to go this way. I believed the PDP with the nonchalant supports given to the Senator leaving most of the financial burden to his brother (Deji Adeleke) never thought it can be like this.

The bottom line as I said some months ago is that Aregbe has no political value apart from Nasfat & may be some part of Alimoso in Lagos. Tinubu brought him to power the first time through Court. He was brought back again by late Senator Isiaka Adeleke & Oyinlola.

His refusal to allow Demola to replace his late brother is what has become APC nightmare.

Sanwoolu or whatever his name is called can never win Jimi Agbaje in Lagos. Even if INEC declares APC winner in Osun, as far I am concerned, PDP is the winner.

One on One, Aregbe cannot win Omisore or Oyinlola or late Isiaka Adeleke even in the grave.

When was that? In 2007, Oyinlola won, it was Court that Tinubu used to bring him to power in 2010. In 2014, under GEJ, he contested against Omisore & FG. It was the combined efforts of Late Isiaka Adeleke, Oyinlola & his Ijesa people that narrowly delivered him from Omisore. Minus late Adeleke & Oyinlola (Atari Ajanaku) he can never win Omisore

you think court would give you mandate if you didn't win election abi? he won and pdp rigged the election, he contested it court and he collected his mandate
in 2014, he won against omisore and Oyinlola and Adeleke used the popularity of APC to contest for senate a year later and only Adeleke won the senate election

Those who watched Osun State election results announcement live know PDP won fair and square. APC panicked seriously the moment they realised they could not overcome Adeleke’s lead and started looking for any means to rig the results announced. If Aregbesola were a true democrat he should have congratulated Adeleke by now. We were waiting for INEC to announce Adeleke the winner but after two hours of waiting we knew something bad was happening.
Buhari should call INEC to order in the National interest.

You would just open your mouth and talk . What does the electoral law says if a guber election finds itself in this kind of situation ? If u do not know it , go and study it .

I am not just talking I watched as APC went into Panic meltdown when it dawned on them that PDP had won . it started with Aiyedaade INEC returning officer announcing rubbish in favour of APC, then the Osogbo results were over delayed because thugs attacked the collation centre there driving away the PDP officials but the results were already available online and through the press. Go and study the election results before the INEC officials started trying to overturn it in favour of APC.

It is because Nigerians love darkness more than light if not so , i do not see any reason why a right thinking person should still be voting for pdp in this land . Pdp is the cause of all these mess in our land today . We need to pray very well to be able to recognise light and stay with it . Look at the pdp guber candidate they are voting for in osun state . What qualities has he pocess to make him fit as a state government ?
the people's state of mind is in a terrible situation. Prayer don't do sh!t when it comes to election. The people have suffered so much and it has affected their thinking, I'm sorry to say but majority of the Nigerian population esp d youths r mentally incapacitated that's the only reason I think people can still cast votes 4 a stupid party like that PDP. It may further surprise u that they vote PDP cus their candidate dances stupidly. Is dancing a leadership quality?

Cancelled votes, like voided votes (only in Nigeria do we differentiate), don't count I believe.Only the courts can rule on them.
What I'm looking at is where election didn't hold at all.Otherwise, the result stands

Read your post that I quoted again.
We're not saying the same thing.
The election becomes inconclusive only if there were areas or polling units where election didn't hold at all, and the number of registered voters there are more than the margin of victory.
Cancelled votes are cancelled. They have voted, but their votes are equated to those who didn't come out to vote at all

Finally, it seems I was right after all.
