Millions of dollars linked to the CJN?

Let's not pretend we do not know where all that money came from, and for what reasons.
If they could have enriched a judge to that degree, how much did they personally loot?

Atiku and co can cry me a river. I don't give a rat's ass about them.

We deserve better!
Another calcified encephalon!! It’s up to the prosecutor to prove that money was illegally acquired. Not GMB

U see, we wouldn't have had problems with Buhari if he had followed due process and also not been bias.

U can't be bias and be hunting others who don't bow to your own demand.

Pls Nigeria is not his property. It is our sweat as citizens that are used to pay Buhari and his family.

First of all, the word removal is not synonymous to suspension, unless there is precedent for this, buhari has not gone contrary to law, it is left for the court to use the mischief rule to adjudicate this matter... The word removal is not defined
.

Secondly, Walter for fear that the NJC would suspend him, adjourned the NJC seating indefinitely... That just reaffirms his guilt.

Thirdly, why are you putting out your neck for someone you are sure is guilty, do you know how many supreme Court cases has suffered due to this struggle, today was suppose to be the hearing of the APC portharcourt case, but nothing... Cause of one man

The fight against corruption in Nigeria is a hard one, I commend Buhari for this, I am a lawyer, part of the judiciary, I do not see this as an attack on the judiciary, but a cleansing, after all, he who comes to equity must come with clean hands...

Hope you are not a drunk paid lawyer under this govt?
Babachir, NHIS, Ganduje, Osibanjo NNPC alligation etc are still a plus according to you by this govt hence selecting Court orders and Tribunals favouring their Satanic agenda against Nigerian.
My question to you is
1. DON'T THE OTHER ARMS OF GOVT HAVE A INPUT ON THE REMOVAL according to you) of a CJN.
OR
2.DOES THE FOOLISH PRESIDENT EQUALLY HAS POWER TO REMOVE A SENATE PRESIDENT THROUGH AN ORDER FROM TRIBUNAL THAT HAS A SUPERIOR INJUCTION COURT ORDER from An Appeal Court .

CJN messed up big time and Buhari hook up to the opportunity to deal with him ... we are in trouble in this country if majority is keeping mute on the wrong part of the CJN ... before you quote me negatively remember the CJN accepted his faults ....
Actually, he didn't mess up by his admission in writing...the law in such situation is that there will be no need for reference to. CCT where someone admits in writing to a petition. The system was designed to be a truth rewarding one. One can only be prosecuted when he challenges or denies a petition. ....but the petition being politically motivated and the executive being in a race against time to remove him before the election disregarded every law ( ignorantly or mischievously). My greatest issue is with the northern judges whom have allowed themselves to be used as a tool by this administration. Their loyalty should be with the constitution and not a political party, religion or tribe. This is unfortunate.

Many Nigerians with Thier education are still foolish, a president just practiced tyranny and a lot are in support of it, how has the president made Thier lives better to support this act, the suspension is not an of boldness or integrity, it is an act of tyranny and dictatorship.....the law was clearly sidelined in a sensitive position.....if he wants the CJN out, why not follow the due process? Watch him continue to make the constitution look like a meaningless piece of paper

CJN’s Suspension: Olawepo-Hashim Seeks international sanctions against Buhari, others

Presidential candidate of Peoples Trust (PT) in the February 16, 2019 election, Gbenga Olawepo-Hashim has called for international sanctions against officials of the executive arm of the Federal Government of Nigeria, declaring that the suspension of the Chief Justice of the Federation (CJN), Justice Walter Onnoghen, by President Muhammadu Buhari was a decent to full-blown dictatorship.

The Presidential hopeful in a statement on Friday, said that the development was an aberration to the laws of Nigeria and an indication that the country had again fallen into dictatorship.

He said: “This is a clear indication that we have returned to full blown dictatorship. Following the suspension of the Chief Justice of the Federation, we are seeing a full-blown dictatorship in Nigeria. It is an abyss, an aberration and a clear violation of our laws.

“We will not allow Nigeria to fall into dictatorship anymore.

“I call on all lovers of Nigeria and lovers of democracy and the international community to immediately impose sanctions on officials of the executive arm of government, their families, including their friends

“I call on all lovers of Nigeria and lovers of democracy and the international community to immediately impose sanctions on officials of the executive arm of government, their families, including their friends and associates.”

Olawepo Hashim enumerated the sanctions to be imposed on officials of the Buhari government to include an immediate travel ban on executive officeholders at the federal level, freeze on their bank accounts and the refusal of visa, including on health grounds “to members of the executive arm of government, their friends, families and associates.”

He also called on President Buhari to immediately resign from office on account of his violation of the 1999 Constitution, which he said the President swore to uphold.

He said: “I call on President Muhammadu Buhari to immediately step down as President. This is a violation of our constitution and he should resign immediately.”

Shut up your mouth and stop repeating your tired, twisted lines or I'll do it for you from here spirituality and a thunderous, brsin-resetting one at thst angry angry!

There are 3 arms of government with 3 heads -President - CJN -Senate President. One of them cannot just wake up and suspend another without due process. It's like Saraki suspending bubu without due process of impeachment by the legislature.

Only a dictator does that and bubu is one in a babaringa deceiving shallow minds and sycophants like you under the guise of fighting corruption.

Such twisted and depraved soul. He was booed in the Senate. Next day, the trial of Melaye began.

He clearly saw SE/SS has rejected him during campaign, the next day he unconstitutionality removed their most high profiled public official.

After Atiku is sworn in on May 29, we shall begin a review of the constitution to ensure an unfortunate personality like bubu never becomes president again.

This is not removal of the cjn, but suspension as captured in the IA
When you find yourself in a hole, the first thing to do is to stop digging.
Do you understand the principles of separation of powers in a democracy?

The money used in training you as a lawyer is a waste. You are a big fat shame to legal luminaries.

Your parents wasted thier money for tutuition fee for you. It's just obvious no amount of Education can make you have sense. You're blinded by Ethnicity, religion or hate for one political party. Onoghen that admitted to the crime. What stops him from resigning like Adeosun? I'm almost certain you're Part of the people who clamoured for Adeosun to resign HYPOCRITE.
