Original turmeric powder(non-mixed) with black pepper (for it to stay longer in the body) -like 1 teaspoon turmeric with a quarter teaspoon black pepper or. If you like 1/2 teaspoon
Also some drops of lemon to the mixture. Morning and night.

You can also seek soursop leaves to make tea regularly.
