It might be teething or just simply reduction in appetite.
Try to ensure he takes as Much fruits as possible to make up for his vitamins..

May I also suggest you stop the nutriben and change his cereal?

You can make Quaker oats and store in his food flask..it can stay for a whole day..

You can also cook ofada rice with unsalted butter, onions ,carrots, green peas and beans..
When very soft, blend in a blender..

Add milk when ready..
You can prepare it and store in your freezer..
Just warm when he needs to eat..

There are different home made cereals that are more nutritious and sweeter than the regular processed ones..

I hope this helps

Thanks momma. I'm definitely trying this

He's not slept thru the night more than 2 times since he was born... Is it normal or do I need to see a paed..... Thanks mama... He eats before sleeping o so its not hunger that's waking him up... It's common place with many babies of his age

what you can do is begin to work out a routine to encourage him to do so. For eg

1. When he wakes up don't turn on the light or engage in any "talking". Use torchlight if need be.
2. Check diapers and give milk or water.
3. As long as he can't fall off the sleeping area let him be until he sleeps off. You may back him as well
4. You can try increasing the quantity of his dinner/supper or giving an extra bottle of milk when he's in bed

If he isn't underweight,no problem. You have signed off night sleep, with motherhood.

Hello mothers,

My 3 months old boy sucking his thumb. I always wears him something on the hand to discourage the habit but recently he sucks through with the socks on.
I had to start wearing him tight sock that keeps all the fingers together yet he won't give it up.

He pushes the pacifier out of his mouth the moment I put it on.

Please help us. What do I do next? His dad asked me to get bitter leaf and rub on his fingers but I think he is too little for that trick and measure.

Does he suck only the thumb or tries to put all fingers in his mouth? My son did this at a point cos his gum was itchy, i tried those mittens that double as teethers. Eventually he stopped, same goes for my friend's son.

He suck only the thumb when the fingers are not covered but if covered, he puts the whole fingers in his mouth.

Goodevening mamas
Hope y'all enjoyed the hols
I've been in pains since afternoon but waved it off thinking I will get relief after taking PCM but no difference
My whole waist is on fire, like labour pains cry cry cryAm not preggie o.
As at this evening it's worse, especially if I try to rest my chin on my chest I feel one very sharp pain from my spine and it spreads all over my waist

Is this associated with post surgery? I had a C section around this time last year. I also had a bike accident that led to the emergency CS
I will appreciate response from moms who have experienced something similar or have info on how it can be managed.
PLS HELP!!!

I'll visit the hospital first thing tomorrow morning
TIA

Keep covering, I'm certain it will stop. His gum might just be itchy.
