What is alleged is that he used documents from Springfield Aviation LLC stating they had agreement to sell planes to him, to obtain LC. It turns out that Springfield Aviation is owned by him and the documents were fake. Furthermore upon getting the money into the US, some were diverted.

There was an incident that happened in between the American and Canadian border.

A tourist at the Canadian border was told once you pass this line, you are in American territory. She felt excited. She decided just to enter American territory for a few minutes and return.
