He needs to waste money on legal battles.

Okorocha be laughing from a distance.

Ihedioha's lawyers will make good money from him and I hope they invest it well.

Ihedioha people questioned the Pope for four years.

They can question the Supreme Court of Nigeria till 2023.
They know that Ihedioha didn't win governorship election in Imo state.
Imo people used him to drive away Okorocha who wanted to succeed himself with his son-in-law.

Gov Obi Vs Andy Uba: Supreme Court Blasts Okonkwo Of NAP

In a unanimous verdict, the Supreme Court yesterday in Abuja dismissed applications filed by former presidential aide, Dr. Emmanuel Nnamdi Uba, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and the Anambra State gubernatorial candidate of the Nigeria Advance Party (NAP), Mr. Ifeanyichukwu Okonkwo, seeking to set aside its earlier judgment which declared Dr. Peter Obi as the legal occupant of the governor's seat.

The court described Okonkwo as a blackmailer who goes about extorting money from politicians and declared that he was "not fit to even live in the jungle."

Earlier, Justice George Adeshola Oguntade had sought from Okonkwo clarification on the purpose of N10 million bribe he allegedly received from Obi. He said he was paid the said sum to withdraw his preliminary objections to Obi's appeal and not to withdraw the main appeal.

It also lambasted Okonkwo for his brazenness in approaching it with an application to set aside its own judgment upon the claims that he was paid N10 million by Obi to compromise himself at the Court of Appeal

not only that he reclaimed his mandate
he made the supreme court ban any election in Anambra State till his first term completes
that was what brought about change in election time table in Anambra.
though i doubt if this sick illiterate sharia judge will allow justice to prevail but the verdict that gave Uzodinma the seat is filled with self indicted flaws that will so damage the reputation of the judiciary in the future because SANs will be making reference to the flawed judgment in the future.

You don't reap where you didn't sow.

After Okorocha built APC in Imo state, the party must have won Imo governorship election in 2019, if not that Okorocha brought his inlaw to succeed him.

Through the Supreme Court, APC took back the state it built for years.

And the facts are what? The facts according to the Supreme court is that votes in 388 polling units were not counted for Hope. Also the facts according to them is that neither INEC nor the pdp presented anything to disprove votes from the 388 polling units that was presented by Hope and his team. Those are the facts according to the, and so far both INEC and pdp have not come out to dispel those FACTS.

7 judges can't all make the same mistake at the same time. Most don't understand that this was a unanimous decision made by 7 judges.
Once they reverse themselves on this case, then they need to look into all other cases too. Other parties will also have the right to ask the court to reverse cases that were not in their favour. When will it stop?
That is exactly why they won't reverse itself.reversing will reduce their power of finality.

The probability of all 7 JUDGES of THE SUPREME COURT erring in a unanimous verdict in law on a particular case is ZERO!
You got it right . The chances a single supreme court judging making an error is very low. So it is virtually impossible for 7 supreme court justices to make same error.

To be honest with you.. I have no business here because it's in the east and I'm a northerner.

But the fact that the SC decision wants to be contested knowing fully well that the person contesting it had all the opportunity to provide all the evidence during the SC proceeding but didn't and now after the judgement he's seeking a redress. Was he sleeping or he is just being plain desperate.

It's his lawyers that will probably be striped of thier rights to practice law should they go ahead.
