I always taught labelling Ibadan as the dirtiest city is out of hatred for the ancient city but when I step out..

If you can maybe write to your state representative about building a hydroelectric plant in the state. It has huge potential to ease the electricity burden and redirect petroleum products for export. The relatively small population of Akwa Ibom would make a good testing ground for alternative power sources.

While I applaud your passion, stop telling untruths. This report is talking about a state and you're referring to a state capital without using the name �. Who sweeps the untarred roads? Apart from Uyo - major roads, where else are you talking about? Certainly not Abak, Ikot Abasi or Eket. I can categorically tell you those 3 LGAs are not swept "every morning". I've not even seen anybody sweeping them at all.

No it shouldn't. It really wasn't clean about a month ago when I visited. Refuse dumped indiscriminately almost after every 3 NEPA poles. I expected more from Owerri
