How is this possible? just for me to pass the IELTS ? Someone mentioned landed immigration, and when I checked, I didn't see myself in any of the qualified categories.
Through Express Entry bro, Law school is calculated as Masters and with a good IELTS score your crs score will be high enough.. you just need to have enough money for Pof after you have received your ITA.. you can do everything by yourself, no need to engage the services of an agent.. save that money for something else

After Law school, you should be qualified for Canada if you do well on your IELTS... have you done Nysc??
cant qualify with 1 year experience these days. Scores are now high. Needs 3 years experience

Besides the English exam,You need a few years work experience to increase your points then you are more likely to get Canada.

There are many way to kill a rat... I know someone who studied law. during his service year, he first pass IELTS easily due to his background as a lawyer then he used the remaining months of NYSC to learn French and passed TEF exam... bro his CRS score was very high, far above the cut off for express Entry, even people with 3 years or more experience were not close to his scores

if you are going for PhD in Engineering, go to USA.. use some Money and write GRE, you may most likely get full funding and TA/RA and won’t spend any money which means you have about 9m to plan for other things over there
thanks! They say getting an American visa is almost impossible these days. Do people still get visa to the US, do you think it's wise I still give it a try considering the cost of registering for tests and processing the admission?

The likelihood of getting a job in Canada to support what you have now is dark as to get the Student visa to begin with you need to show proof via your bank statement that you can support yourself financially...University of Toronto phd for example charge $8750 cad just for year one which translates to say 2.6m if you use exchange rate of 300.Thats 10.5m for the four years .Tuition minus registration fees and other dues. You are not expected to pay it all at once though.

Student jobs are just for a few hours in every country and the wages are thin so yes will buy maybe food stuffs, toiletries,a night out on the town but nothing major like rent etc.

It’s not worth putting your application together and wasting money only for your student visa to be denied.Rally round and fatten your purse some.
thanks miss

Bro, if you are going for PH.D and you receive full funding, there is a high probability you will receive your visa... people who are denied visa mostly are masters students and people who don’t have full funding. Cost is not much when considering the future benefits

I will do.what you need to do is to go on the Canadian website so you can see this information first hand yourself.
You might consider an agency as well where you pay them a fee but unfortunately still do all the work as they give information and advice but you gather all the documentation.
Here is some light reading to help https://www.immigration.ca/nigerians-looking-to-immigration-to-canada-these-are-your-option

Bro, please can you help. I’m a lawyer, about finishing my nysc, but i applied to two schools in Canada for masters in law 1) western Ontario and 2) Saskatchewan, but I’ve been denied admission by both schools, reason that there too many applicants with limited space and my education result is strong. I graduated with a 3.5gpa

I don’t know what’s best for me, maybe to get into a masters programme or can i try a diploma programme and later do my masters . Importantly to, pls do you know any grad school that takes more international student in their LLm programme.

Another one is can i do a masters programme outside masters in law, and I’ll be given admission and granted visa too. Thanks

If people beg you for money is to meet their need and not for you to use it against them... You were ask how u obtained your citizenship or PR in your current country and not how many people that have begged u for money...One Love sir.

There are several legal pathways for Nigerians to obtain permanent residency in Europe,Asia,Africa,South America,Australia and North America .Here are six ways to obtain legal stay:

-Work permit-Permanent residency
-Asylum
-Graduate student-permanent residency
-Marriage
-Landed immigrant
-Citizenship by Investment

I was able to get my permanent residency through the student route in Canada. I graduated and had to obtain 1 year of work experience before I was able to file for permanent residence.

Living illegally in any country can make your life a living hell and you will always be looking over your shoulders and subject to blackmail when you find jobs that pay under the table.

It is important to choose a country which makes obtaining a permanent residency easy for foreigners. And not make the mistake of spending millions of naira on countries that like to do chop and clean mouth with your tuition and other money you invested in the country, only to make it near impossible to obtain legal papers to stay there permanently. The two countries that are most friendly to immigration currently are Canada and Australia, unfortunately they are out of reach financially for most people intending to migrate and have stricter requirements..

Good evening Sir, I am interested in migrating to Canada. I have done the ielts and evaluation completed. Score 325 with Relative in Alberta what are my chances of getting nominated on NOC 1241 (administrative Assistant) through PNP route..

Next question Sir, l already have a mutual fund investment, if I change my mind and opt to migrate through studies can I use the mutual fund in place of statement of account.

Good Sir /Madam, can I use my Mutual fund investment with Stanbic IBtc as POF to apply for Study visa for Canada since i dont have any tangible money in my account.
How much will be okay for the pof.
