Hi everyone, Team July. Clocks 29 weeks today. Please I need your help, my baby don't really kicks like much, whenever I complained at the hospital, they will check the heartbeat and sometimes scan and the baby will be fine. Last 2 days I noticed she changed her pattern, it's only when lie down on my left side that I felt her kick . I have anterior plancenta, can this be the cause? My next appointment is may 20 and this will be done through Video calls due to coronavirus lockdown. Hence I can only CA the emergency if there's any issue. The baby kicks, but the kick is not much and only when I lie down on my left and side.please help

I'm glad I came across this trend. Please I started having this yellowish discharge this morning. It looked extremely thick in the morning. But thinner this evening. I'm just very worried. Don't know if anyone here has experienced such.

Rejoice with me and join me praise God for safe delivery. My beautiful princess arrived a week ago, sunday, April 26th. It was indeed a supernatural birth, no tears, no complications.

I increased my daily walk to an hour just the previous day before delivery (Saturday), then i greedily ate a lot of pineapple , I believe I unknowingly induced labour. I started experiencing what felt like menstrual cramp by midnight, this continued till Sunday afternoon, when I got to the hospital I was 7cm gone . By 8pm , my princess landed. I walked out of the labour room with my baby and was discharged next morning. My God is awesome!

Thanks Cappo. Just remaining surgical and latex gloves. The woman who I shopped from didn't have those, and pharmacies have become opportunists tripling the price. Anyway, I'll painfully cough out about 9k if not more than for them. Surgical gloves now 400 each and hospital needs 8. A pack of latex gloves now is 6k. It's well sha.
Seeing my baby will be all worth it.

Good morning mamas in the house. Please I discover that since last week I hardly sleep and I was told not to take any drug, the most painful part is that I cannot go to the hospital because of this corona virus. Please is there anything I can do to aid my sleep?

It’s part of your package ma. Even hospital can’t do much for you. Try sth like banana in the evening, it helps some people. But even when you don’t feel sleepy, just lie down and rest or meditate and forget about your phone. That way your brain will still enjoy the rest

In her last pregnancy 2years ago her Bp went up so she had to be induced to give birth before 9 months. The problem is that since then till now she has been drugs for high blood pressure.. It's 2years now and the bp hasn't normalize.. What can she do

I was thought at my clinic how to count baby movements. Also given typed-written instruction. They said baby moves more after you’ve eaten or taken sugary drinks. Lie down and count baby movements and you’ll get at least 10 movements in 2hours. Your full concentration will be needed while doing it so that nothing will distract you.

Welcome team mate. At 16weeks, you are October mama. I dont know about yellowish discharge. What I usually see is clear colourless like water discharge. Wait mamas with experience on it will answer you.

what is hospital doing with 8 surgical gloves and latex gloves too,tell them to choose one
some hospitals are criminals.

Able Cappo, we are doing fine and trust you are doing fine as well. The tiredness is real o plus leg cramp and occasional breast pain I experience these days. Will complain on my next ANC appointment anyway. Take care and stay safe.

Just seeing this. You must be an October mama. Mid-October or there about. We can't wait to have you.
Just tell us your EDD and expected gender.
About the discharge, emmm... discharge is normal in pregnancy but for the yellow colour, I suggest you see your doctor.
Around 16 weeks too, I had that discharge, not too thick but white and I was told it's very normal.
