Well these structures look dilapidated and worn-out due to poor maintenance.

No millionaire will ever come here talkless of a billionaire although except if that millionaire is a criminal thug like MC- oluomo..

You can't work hard for your money and come and stay in such a slum.

Listen Lagos State is one over hyped ghetto , very dirty , poor facilities, zero drainage, expensive for the sake of it.

That state is a cesspool of diseases and crime .

You want to see where billionaires and millionaires hangout ? Learn to travel

Gasaka gumoti park in Taraba! Ever heard of it? No you won't because you are a commoner it's the only park with three different weather zones in west Africa .. do your findings, part of it is owned by the United kingdom and they have lodgings in the middle of the tropical rain forest there ... I bet you think that's a typo.. tropical rain forest in the north? You don't know anything

Billionaires go to ball there or tinapa or Seplat resort or Obudu or private resorts in cross river hidden away from nonsense Lagos traffic , bloggers , beggars or the Abuja surveillance.. they go to hide !!

Your tinubu only kept his house in Lagos as his heritage but he is more in Abuja

Everyone is tired of Lagos ... Lagos has lost its glory give up already and stop disturbing this forum with daily pictures of
'Surulere in Lagos in pictures'

"Maroko in Lagos in pictures'

it's so pathetic and shameful that you are resorting to that and all these local marketing . Seems since they opened BUA ports trully people started moving their business else where ?

Look already Eko Atlantic is a failed project cause partners started pulling funds , Covid 19 changed the global business plan , companies downsizing and downscaling.. spending less to achieve more

Lagos is dying ...

Other states especially the northerners know and are fast developing and marketing the north

Foreign country investors don't want to come and set up where there is so much traffic and crime ..no

They know all the bad press other states get in the media was all propaganda and the north allowed it cause they didn't have infrastructure and an investment plan. But the Saudi emirate has given them a plan to turn North to the next Dubai in Africa

Lagos will just be a a gigantic park and warehouse eventually

No let them decieve you,98% of Lagos beaches are overrated. Poor customer services, poor services all round. Even with your money u will still get an overhyped slum
This is just awful bro, we celebrate mediocrity in this country, the only reason I'll ever step foot on this beach is to connect with wealthy folks. Smh

Bro I see you

Blackblackbeaut:
have always wanted to Visit Ilashe but unlike other beaches in Lagos, It is not an easy place to visit due to the fact that it is expensive to visit.. Unlike its tarkwa counterparts where you can just simply book a commercial boat and with less than 2,000 you are in Tarkwa Bay, Ilashe is different, it is an exclusive beach so to get to the beach, you need to charter a luxurious boat, Which often doensn't come cheap. The prices usually range from r60,000 to 350,000 (this depends on the type of boat, the capacity and the duration of your stay at the beach).
Another issue with Ilashe beach is you need to book a beach house, this also makes it difficult as beach houses cost between 100,000 -500,000 per day. depending on the time of visit.
Even if you have the money, you are faced with another problem, getting a reliable contact at the beach. After series of consultation. I finally got a contact to Ilashe beach.

overrated dirty beach

it's really funny that Nigerians overcharge for poor services .. especially on Lagos Island because it's a big man's area.if u check the cost of visiting this beach to that to westerners' with cleaner and more beautiful facility,u could realise that Naija beache is far more expensive

nothing luxurious about this...
it looks bang average....mybe it's bcoz of our environment

But this doesn't justify d price tag
luxry isn't only abt d price

I agree with you.
Re: Ilashe Beach - One Of The Most Luxurious Beaches In Nigeria by kabukabu50(m): 6:36pm On Jul 21, 2020
Poverty and ignorance really slapped people in the face to call this a luxury beach.

No beach in Lagos is qualified to be called average by world standards.

Trash every where, dirty houses, tattered unpainted buildings.

Nigerians have some of the lowest standards ever and I say that with all compassion.

Happy to see a lot of like minds disagreeing with the "luxury" tag attached to this nonsense

Remember that the place would look more beautiful in pictures than in real life. So if they look this bad in pics I don't want to imagine their real look

Instead of paying ₦60k to go to this place I rather take a bus to Ghana or Gambia

The manner and rush I used to click on this thread only to end up disappointed. To be frank, the only difference between this beach house and other regular beaches, is the white fence. I mean, WTF!

Absolute rub.bish. it's only in nigeria that people hype rubbish and try to create some annoying useless class. There is nothing special about the useless ilashe beach. Maybe op has been paid to come advertise and hype it.

Travel to Cotnou,Togo and Ghana and enjoy sweet beach life, especially Togo. No useless hyping. Just pay some token to get access and some of them beaches are free and clean with lots of entertainment and food and drinks to buy. People go to beaches to enjoy nature not to get billed some exorbitant money. What the phuck do you need a swimming pool for in a beach?. Badagry beaches wey cele people dey enter anyhow that year na him these ones dey hype dey waste money. 30k for boat trip to beach? Which kind madness be that.

Gambia beaches are fantastic, clean miles of sandy see through beach, cheap fancy hotels, food and drinks, old bloody westerners looking for young women/men for cheap sex, Gambia is %1000 better than this filty dump called ilashe.

I am still look to see the beach on that pictures.
