Without prejudice to the substance of the dude’s presentation (and whether he was being honest or dishonest), I watched the entire proceedings and his comment was appropriate within the CONTEXT (emphasis on CONTEXT) of the moment and of his presentation. He had just painstakingly explained why the shell casings recovered at the scene (and posted by #Endsars protesters themselves on social media) could not have resulted in the casualties being alleged, and had illustrated same by saying that those supposed “medicine men” and other cultist who show clips of their clients or boys being shot without apparent injury or harm are most probably using the same ammunition used by troops at the Lekki Tollgate. It was within that CONTEXT that he said (in a relatively lighthearted manner) something to the effect that if he had (or brought along) the same arms and ammunition, he could have easily demonstrate his point to the panel.

The panel received the remarks well in the CONTEXT that it was made, and frankly the click-baiting sensational headline makes it more sinister than EVERYONE in the room (or watching it contemporaneously) would have perceived it.

Multiple accounts where? There is one live video, and so far no one has been able to discredit it by concrete facts. So it stands as the prime evidence. The Nigerian Army is culpable.

This whole thing is a drama, that was why the military said all those videos and pictures of Lekki toll gate were photo shop and i fully agree with that looking at the fact that so many of those that their pictures were shown, claimed to have been killed came out to debunk such lies.
Let our military do their job and stop harassing them with false allegations.

Blank ammunitions can kill especially when used by dumb unprofessional army personnels and the use of blanks is considered lethal in dispersing unarmed protesters and it is an international Crime against humanity.
