Please guys, I just acquired a land but have not employed the services of a surveyor yet however a site engineer that I engaged for fencing was able to measure the land round with a tape for the fencing purposes

Please who can assist interpret/calculate this figure for me
I'd like to know how many plots

Front = 41ft
Back = 77ft
Left = 233ft
Right = 129ft

And also, can I get an estimate quotation for a round dwarf fence
Like a
How many blocks
Bags of cement
Materials involved etc
Just want to have a clue of the range

Any help will be highly appreciated

Note_ Pillars of the wall fence are excluded
Materials needed are
✓10 tons of granites or 1load of gravel
✓20 tons of sharp sand/ two load of sharp sand
✓For the cement, I can't conclude yet since I don't know how many couches or how tall the fence would be.

I forgot to include some materials used for the project on this thread,these are Gravel,Sharp sand(block settings) and Iron rod. For the completion of all the five Self contains.We budgeted
20 tons of gravel/Granite
30 tons of sharp sand
10 full length of iron rod(12mm).

Kudos Engineer, are the blocks for the building hand mould or fabricated?

Did you do blinding on your foundation trench before laying the blocks?

If Yes, how many inches?

If No, what ratio did you use for laying the first course ?

Your questions are funny but honestly speaking, I've been expecting these questions from the house cos the foundation is not too deep no columns and pillars to hold the long walls.So here's the answers
✓The first step after pegging and digging of the foundation is blinding.
✓Secondly,the inches of the blinding depends on the levels of the land.(I can't say more than that).
✓The top land is loamy soil while beneath it is Clay soil.more important, I never see a crack house ever since I've been working here so I conclude the land is good.

No work today.would need to cast the pillars and set the remaining block on Saturday. carpenter,welding work and electrical work tomorrow.

It's not a funny question because it looks like there's no blinding and that's why I asked.
Moreso some people will do screeding and still call it blinding.
Be it you use columns or not the house will not fall as long as your block wall locks are in order.


Inches of blinding don't depend on land level because it's expecting you have a single profile and run it. If a proper excavation is done then it will be in order. In instances where there are uneven excavation level there are other ways to go about achieving the work.

Flat roof costs less. Like this project,we budgeted only 250k for both woodwork and zinc.workmanship fees excluded.
