Omo! Thanks for the feedback, it means a lot to me 💯

It's a new channel I'm starting off, no financial strength to pay professional voice artist yet. The voice is actually AI, that's why it's lacking Actions in areas that requires action expressions and some of the characters name are pronounced with foreign accents.

I'm looking forward to paying voice artist in the nearest future for voice over.

Your feedback is well appreciated and means a lot because it's the first feedback I'm getting. Thanks a million

I just finished listening to the audio stories - very inspiring and I love the background music....

Goodluck - keep going

Does the broken lines represent the boundaries of the plot of land?

The answer is NO..

Broken lines refer to the element above lintel level not seen in plan.. eg a canopy etc

I got this quotation for 20 tonnes granite 3/4 down from quarry.
9,000/ton
Haulage 150k (mowe)
2k revenue
Total 332,000.
I want to know if it will be cheaper to buy it here in mowe to reduce the haulage charges..

Mowe does not have a quarry, so it can't be cheaper.. And if it's cheaper, it can't be 20 tonnes

Using cement to floor, interlock or stamped concrete?
Funds are extremely limited but I will like to work on the floor, how much will it cost to cover using any of the above?

Obviously concrete is cheaper but usually almost same rate with interlocks...

Budget about 2.5m to 3m to get it done.....

If you know how the internet works, you would not use certain words in your responses here. I mean the inappropriate word by the client. You have a large presence online and I believe must of your potential clients do some background research online before contacting you. You don’t want a situation where those negative words would appear when those searches are made.
Even though the word used by client is inappropriate, try not to elaborate on it. Try not to make it stick with your name. Most internet readers don’t have time to read. They just scan through keys words, do some mental paraphrasing and draw conclusions.
Guess what they will see? Your name and the inappropriate word. Without giving much time to the context, they draw conclusions and move on. That is how an average internet user reads and unfortunately, that is how the internet works. I am not even talking about customers reviews here, but more like a digital DNA, the blueprint of all you do online.
Just my 2 cent.

True...
My biggest job this year was sm1 doing a Google search for a keyword (Estimate) he came across my articles and some good reviews.

Then he started looking for how to contact me, that led him to NL and he had to join NL to get my contact..

Thanks for the advice - I'm sure we all learn everyday and Imran has also.... Cos he has taken actions.

I actually think he's rather a SMALL MAN!!!
You don't fight your customer in a public..What I would have expected is simple sorry to the customer, we would do better next time..Just one line and case is close..The rest of us here will take the battle if the clients continue to malign him...Luckily, he has not been accused of scam; just poor customer care and that is EVIDENT even from his response here...To climb ladder hard o, to fall yakata na ABC...
In his line of biz, you will meet all sort of customer ; the impatience, the not so good, the knuckle head, even outright werey client but you have a responsibility to MANAGE them all, and sometimes when you fail because of your own imperfection, you maintain your CALM and DECORUM and not acting like a tout..
A client bought an item worth 200k only from us last week and returned it after 72 hours that she doesn't like it and ask for a refund! The report got to my desk for approval, and I spoke to the client and she was saying rubbish so I rejected it! Later my boss called me and advice that I should approve, not because the client was right but because we have a NAME to protect and we can afford to refund! We made over 5 billion worth of sales last month and it was our highest figure ever, and we are still celebrating . Why allow this '200k' to spoil our joy? I learnt a valuable lesson that moment..The Yorubas here will remember that popular saying " ONIYANGI MA BA TEMI JE, ASO ALA NI MO WO!!! Do better oga.

This is subframe, if you are to get one it will be between the range of 7k to 10k.

I will advice you to buy planks and you saw them to 2" or 2.5" and let you carpenter nail it for you, it will be cheaper that way.

I sell woods if you want to make more enquiries about it you can WhatsApp or call 08032339807

any house owner buying sub-frame planks himself or herself has no business building..... because you want to safe how much? maybe 20k overall - comon, let the carpenters do there work..... and avoid un-necessary wahala.

Can a piping overhaul be done on an already completed, painted building?

Yes.. but you wld cut, fill and do plenty wet works (concrete/mortal work)

so, either stick to the initial design or get ready to start building again

A Well Water that is usually very clean during the dry season turns whitish, milky and cloudy whenever it rains. Pictures attached.

The Well depth is 13 rings.

Please,

2. What can be done to remedy the situation?

Thanks.

Location ?

Thanks for this advice. This thickness is 3.5mm according to what is on their site or may be I am the one that don't get it
https://www.nigeritelimited.com/en/products-systems/litespan/

by thickness, i was referring to the longspan

off course the thickness of Nigerite sheet is not an issue - its the aluminium that one shd be wary about.

Pros in the house,
Thank you for guidance so far. I'm doing a hidden roof and my Engineer suggested that to to save materials, it is not necessary to plaster the inner wall of the hidden roof since flat sheet is going to cover all the walls. I have added screenshot pictures below as references.

Please, is there any major benefits to plastering the inner roof wall?

OK.. I get you now. (See attached pics)

Please plaster it - its important to:

* Hold the nail tight - because a plastered surface wld hold the flashing nail better than a non plastered wall
* make the surface smooth as a rough blockwall can puncture the sheet over time

the cost you're trying to save is so minimal to the advantage.

GOODLUCK

Is this a fact ?my contact at Best Aluminium says atleast for them even their other competitors First Aluminum and Firtst Express don't have any problem with thickness. Metcoppo had design flaw coupled with poor currugators + handling that cause it break even before installing...

Other than that 0,45 very suitable guage for any roof not flat... I guess one who is buying roofing sheets should ensure they buy from reputable companies same way we rods...

I am planning to roof a 3 bedroom bungalow soon. Pls I need your advice on roofing sheet. Should I go for Aluminum roofing sheet or Slate(Nigerite Litespan) roofing sheet, the prices are close? Thanks

What's the thickness of the roofing sheet? - if it's less than 0.5mm, then i'll advice you go for Nigerite Litespan.

i.e my 1st choice would be a 0.55mm thick Aluminium roofing sheet, then a 0.5mm thick and then the Nigerite slate. (0.45mm is not advisable now because the thickness are not complete as it used to be before now)

Hello all,

I bought a duplex last year and completed it. I wanted to install a water pressure pump recently, so I called a plumber to help assess the plumbing.
He says the plumbing of the house (which was done before I purchased it) was done with inferior quality pipes.
Is there any solution to this? Or a water pressure pump with adjustable pressure.
Thanks

Their is nothing like inferior quality pipes sir.

Your building was designed to receive water under gravity... if you want to upgrade to booster pump, then YOU MUST UPGRADE your piping system or the entire pipe wld burst and water go scatter every where. grin grin grin
