So you think a party in their right senses will come to court to challenge how just 5k votes was given to another party in a whole state when they even got more than that (9k) and a bigger fish with 584k is there. What do they stand to gain with 5k votes being cancelled? Isn't it obvious that what they PDP are saying in essence is that 9k votes was less than what they actually got in Anambra and that LP who won was given an inflated figure by INEC?

You don't just keep inventing cases all of a sudden. You were given enough time for pre-hearing to get your acts together on the cases you want to present. You didn't take advantage of that but feel you can wake up every day to invent new cases. That's a waste of the court's precious time.
