1.Someone came 3rd and he is seen as the major threat to the president elect.

2. Someone came third but while the party that took second was trying to prove that the election was rigged,they made mention of the fact that LP got over 900,000 votes in Lagos specifically, without mentioning there own case from their situation room.

3.Wike was know to have frustrated LP and ensured that APC won in the presidential election in his state,only for him to recently claim that " He knows that OBI won the election"and that he is not saying it to make anyone happy ,but let the court decide.

4.Only recently,ATIKU ordered his representative through Chidoka to work closely with LP.

5.Only recently RENO (of PDP) Obi's number 1 critic and attacker apologized to OBI for saying he rigged in Anambra state claiming that he has confirmed that Obi is loved in his state and subsequently went ahead to suggest how Obi could reclaim his mandate .

6.Though,PDP (2nd) and two other party took their case to the court ,it seems to be only OBi's case that is making wave ,Infact,it's only his petition that seems to be on the front burner .

The guy really failed his mum. He's supposed to be asking for forgiving from the woman that loved him first and most, even if she's dead. What this judgement means is that even before Presidential elections tribunal starts, one of Obi's petitions has been quashed as precedent is already being laid by the appeal court - same court as the Presidential elections tribunal.

This is even clearly stated in Section 299 of constitution where it clearly said Abuja should always be treated as one of the states of the federation, which in essence is the 37th and as such should not have any special considerations for election purposes. That's because the others were able to ensure their successors were from PDP or in the case of Makinde, he was re-elected. Whichever way you look at it, it's a win for the party eventually. Ikpeazu couldn't succeed with a PDP successor but he made frantic efforts including rigging and manipulations and never openly said he's supporting another Presidential candidate. Ortom on the other hand didn't put the effort at all in the fight to retain his state for PDP and he openly said he's working for Peter Obi.
